SO SLOW! was there April 12 at 5:40 pm and the guy who was being served was so for at least 10 mins! Who knows how long the poor guy was there before I walked in. Really, really need to pick up the pace!

THIS UPS STORE/LOCATION HAS THE WORST SERVICE, AND MOST INCOMPETENT STAFF, I HAVE EVER SEEN OR DEALT WITH! 2 PRODUCTS/IN ONE PACKAGE, WHICH, I, ORDERED FROM COSTCO, 4 WEEKS AND 4 DAYS AGO, HAVE BEEN IN WINNIPEG FOR 13 DAYS NOW, THAT IS LONGER THAN IT TOOK TO SHIP HERE! (9 DAYS/I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DELIVERY ALL THIS TIME/NEVER LEFT HOME) THE UPS DRIVER THAT WAS TO DELIVER THE ITEMS, TO MY DOOR, CLAIMED HE CAME TWICE. (I, HAVE BEEN HERE FOR OVER 9 DAYS FOR 10 HOURS PER DAY, FROM THE TIME I GOT UP TO THE TIME DELIVERY ENDS 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. MY PACKAGE NEVER CAME HERE/WAS NOT DELIVERED HERE, EVEN ONCE. MY BUILDING HAS A FULL VIEW OF THE LOBBY, WITH A LOBBY CAMERA, THAT I CAN VIEW FROM MY TV SET! BEEN REWINDING AND WATCHING FOR 5 DAYS, NO UPS DELIVERY FOR ME, EVER CAME! I CAN PROVE THIS, BECAUSE THE CAMERA RECORDS EVERY DELIVERY, ALL DAY LONG FOR UP TO 18 DAYS! THEY SENT MY PACKAGE TO 212 HENDERSON HIGHWAY, I INFORMED THEM, TO GIVE IT BACK TO THE DRIVER, AND SEND IT DIRECTLY TO ME! THE PACKAGE HAS NOW BEEN MISSING SINCE NOVEMBER 12TH, AND IT IS THE 18TH. JUST FILED A LOST PACKAGE/OR STOLEN PACKAGE CLAIM, WITH THE UPS 1-800 COMPLAINT NUMBER. I, HAVE CALLED THE HENDERSON HIGHWAY UPS STORE, OVER 15 F#CKING TIMES, TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE MY PACKAGE IS, OR HOW TO GET IT, SENT TO ME, OR WHERE TO PICK IT UP! THE STAFF AT 212 HENDERSON HIGHWAY, IS IN MY EXPERIENCE, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT/USELESS! ZERO HELP! APPARENTLY THEY SENT MY WAY OVERDUE PACKAGE, TO THE KING EDWARD, UPS SERVICE DEPOT/NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS THERE UNTIL 6 DAYS LATER, (NOW IT HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO CALGARY), WHERE IT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR 6 FULL F#CKING DAYS! NO CALLS, NO ONE RESENDING! NO APOLOGIES, NO RECTIFYING OR EVEN TRYING TO RECTIFY, THE PROBLEM/S. ALL THIS, HAPPENED, JUST BECAUSE I WANTED IT DELIVERED TO MY DOOR! (WHICH IS WHAT I PAID FOR, WHEN I ORDERED THE ITEMS FROM COSTCO!) I AM 60 YEARS OLD, I HAVE HEART PROBLEMS, AND I DON'T GO OUT WHEN EXPECTING A DELIVERY, ESPECIALLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO TAKE BUSES EVERYWHERE NOW, DURING COVID 19, A BUS IS THE WORST THING TO BE ON, OTHER THAN AN AIRPLANE OR A CRUISE SHIP. I, WOULD LITERALLY, BE RISKING MY LIFE, TO TRAVEL ON A BUS, WHICH I HAVE TO PAY FOR, AND GO ALL THE WAY ACROSS WINNIPEG, TO GET MY PACKAGE, WHICH SHOULD HAVE COME TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE! THE UPS DRIVER LIED, THE HENDERSON HIGHWAY PEOPLE LIED, AND ARE USELESS IN REGARDS TO ME GETTING ANY HELP WHATSOEVER! NEXT CALL WILL BE TO COSTCO, WHERE I ORDERED THIS ITEM FROM, TO TELL THEM THAT I, A 12 YEAR COSTCO MEMBER, WILL NO LONGER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM/COSTCO, AS LONG AS UPS IS THEIR DELIVERY COMPANY! THIS, IS BY FAR, THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE, DUE TO UPS, OR ANYONE, THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, SINCE MY BIRTH, 60 YEARS AGO! DO NOT DO BUSINESS, WITH THE HENDERSON HIGHWAY LOCATION! THESE PEOPLE COULDN'T CARE LESS, IF YOUR STUFF GOES MISSING, DUE TO THEIR LAZY, ATTITUDE, AND MASSIVE STUPIDITY! USELESS UPS FRANCHISE! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU WANT MAJOR STRESS, AND REPEAT HEADACHES! STILL WAITING TO GET MY PACKAGE, OR FIND OUR WHERE THE F#CK THESE IDIOTS, SENT IT! BTW: CALLED THIS STORE BETWEEN 10 - 15 TIMES, NO HELP AT ALL! HAVE ALSO PLACED SEVERAL CALLS, 3 - 5 TO THE 1-800 UPS COMPLAINT/CLAIM LINE! (THESE PEOPLE ARE THE ONLY ONES, TRYING TO ACTUALLY HELP ME!) DO NOT DEAL WITH HENDERSON HIGHWAY, STORE #321, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! HAVE YOUR STUFF DEALT WITH AT THE REGENT LOCATION 1 - 1596 REGENT AVENUE WEST, IN WINNIPEG! THESE PEOPLE HAVE MUCH BETTER REVIEWS! 212 HENDERSON HIGHWAY, THE UPS STORE, IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! THEY WILL GIVE YOU A STROKE! USELESS! EVERYONE, DO NOT TO DEAL WITH THE HENDERSON HIGHWAY, UPS STORE/BRANCH! IF 5 PEOPLE FROM UPS CAN'T TELL YOU WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS, WHO CAN? IDIOTS! 0 HELP FINDING OUT WHERE IT WENT! WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THE DRIVER LIED TWICE ABOUT DELIVERY. If i could give a zero i would. Customer service is a joke. They lost my pre purchase photo copy account. Then when I asked to print 45 standard black copies the clerk informed me it was .50 cents a copy. It clearly says .12 cents on the copy machine.

This person has been rude every time I have encountered them. I actually live beside the strip mall of where they are located and they have been filling up our residential garbage can 3 times now in the past few months. I have told them repeatedly to please not use our bins cause it's such an inconvenience for the residents to find somewhere to put our trash. And they still so it. Not happy with these guys at all. I would give 0 stars if I could

Very slow service. Printed on the wrong paper (3 photos), and told me it would be an hour or two to have it reprinted on the correct paper that I ordered. (Cardstock). This seems a bit ridiculous for 3 photos? They also never called or emailed when it was done, so I had to contact them. They then refused to provide an envelope for the photos. I would not go back. There are much friendlier, quicker UPS locations in the city.
