This is a terrific company to do business with. I have booked them for my own personal move, I have booked them for my Gramma’s move, and I book their services often in the industry I work in. Cole, Amrit, and Tafi showed up early and made short work of moving 3 extremely large and heavy cabinets down a tricky and curvy stair case with absolutely zero damage to my home or to the cabinets. All 3 of them were very professional at what they do. Payment was also quick and easy using their electronic payment system. It is also worth noting that Cathy in the office went the extra mile to ensure everything was set up properly and everything went smoothly. I will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a move completed.

I understand the guys do not have to remove their boots for safety reason, which is fine, however, they should come along with shoe covers so their boots will not stain the carpet. Overall, i am impressed and thanks to the guys who came for the move. Great job!

Furniture only one year old has scratches on 50% of the items. TV leg broken. Freezer was dropped crushing front leg and frame. Walls were scratched and smudged, box spring soaked as there was water in the truck (it was raining) One mover refused to remove his wet muddy boots on carpet telling me if I would provide him booties he would wear them. There was just no care shown. Customer service wants me to jump through hoops sending pictures, explanation, weight of the item (their insurance is based on weight) They told me they do not have the capacity to send someone out. So I need to fill out all these forms for what ....$100.00?? Maybe I just had a bad crew. But I could never recommend this company to anyone fearing they experience what we did.

I can't remember her name(Sorry). But she was great. The quote was honest. They came under all the competition. Sam was the coordinator and was approachable and friendly. He made sure we knew what was going on and took good care of us. We were called in advance and they were early. It helped get the move done early too. Jack and Donovan were the movers. I highly recommend them both. They were fast, efficient, effective and saved us money. They both were very approachable, kind and courteous. They drove well, fast and efficient, and took direct routes. There was a mix up on the hourly rate, Jack and Donovan caught the error, drove back and refunded me the difference. Sam made sure it was taken care of too. It was nice to have that piece of mind. In these hard times, and rising costs, it was nice to have movers that looked out for me. Thank you so much. This was by far the best I've ever had.
