Steven Scott is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of StorageVault Canada (TSXV: SVI) and an owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Access Group of Companies. Mr. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the ownership, acquisition, development and management of self storage, residential and industrial real estate in Canada.
Mr. Scott is the Chair of Parkit Enterprise Inc. (TSXV: PKT) and serves as Director and Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC). Mr. Scott also serves as a Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Self Storage Association.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and the CPA and CA designations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The access facility at 275 Gordon St was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate the client. This was my first time using a storage locker and didn't realize how emotional of an experience it can be. So my thanks go out to staff of access storage and I would gladly recommend yous your locker facility to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the only complaint i have is that the website said that it was 24 hour acessible and it even says on the fence at that location that there is 24 hour acess but yet when u get there after paying for ur storage container online n get to ur locker are told that it is not 24 hour accessible n that it closes at 11pm n the whole reason why i got a locker at that location was because it was suppose to be 24 hour accessible very disappointing $90 i could have taken somewhere else n got a 24 hour accessible locker other then tgat its great no problems friendly staff convient location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space is well configured. Solid floors in outside units is nice. Shame there isn't a light inside, especially a 10x30. Easy to get ahold of staff to discuss anything. Billing dates and invoice dates take a bit getting used to but never had any issues on payments or sorting out any confusion. Staff have thus far always helped with any issues.
