Its ok

Hello my fellow reviewers! This may be long so, Apologies in advance and !oure welcome. I lived here for about 5 years and during that time the building has switched hands in the sense of ownership of the building. When I first moved in it was owned by 2 brothers M.R.  Lopes. During that time the building was beyond amazing! They had a very experienced and well knowledgeable caretaker at the time. Which took immense care of the place. You would never see a piece or speck of garbage on the ground inside, the halls were very clean that includes the walls, carpets, floors, Windows and window seals. Were always very clean, to the point that whenever we had company they ALWAYS made comments on how well kept our building was. The building was cleaned it seemed like twice a week by these 2 amazing people! They did great work. Now cut too when the building was sold to Alliance Investments on Mcphillips. Our amazing caretaker had a medical concern that alliance would not work with so he had to leave. When that happened a lot of people said they were also leaving the building. Alliance found new caretakers which were horrible! No one ever saw the woman but the male constantly hit on the tenants (myself included) I was told by a few others that he would call them drunk and ask if they wanted to have some drinks etc. Mind you we all got our things fixed. Cleared drains, light bulb changes, and other little things. Then not long after they hired new caretakers. These ones were so bad. We caught the son(not sure if he was the caretaker or his mom) on a couple occasions getting violent and aggressive with other tenants or tenants  company. One time being in the parking lot, there is one stall on the end that the initial caretaker was not legally allowed to sell as a parking spot as it is in the corner and not a full stall. Everyone used it for pick ups or drops offs, cabs would sit there or delivery drivers. Now with all that being said, we all know this stall to be a community stall. Someone was leaving and the son ran over and began picking a fight with the person. Saying it's his property and you cannot Park there. Mind you in much more colorful language. So need less to say they are no longer here and they have found other caretakers now. They have sold that half stall to a tenant for 20$ a month (10-15 less than a regular stall). And there are constant fights between him and yhe tenants next to him on the stall. He parks his vehicle in front of others so they cannot get out. Just out of spite. The building never cleaned! Ever! The walls are disgusting the carpets are vacuumed maybe once every 2 weeks MAYBE! the windows or window seals are never cleaned. The laundry room is absolutely disgusting. Since the amazing cleaners and caretaker have left, the machines are literally caked in crud in the corners. They tampered with the dryers and 2 of them take 77 mins and still do not dry your clothes. You have to put in a bunch of bounce cause even though this is a pet free apt some do have pets. The 2nd floor lately has had this horrible odor. Not sure what it is but it's a mix between wet dog and a bag of baby diapers (probably from the lack of cleaning). I used to work nights and began noticing the caretaker would allow women to walk/run up and down the halls with their kids like this is an open community complex where we all have our doors open and run a muck. Needless to say I had to stop working at that job as I never got the proper amount of sleep because of the playground outside my door. When these new car takers came in No one had seen them, I heard stories of him being drunk all the time and him and his partner yelling at each other and then other tenants had said their kids are always super loud one tenant even told me they had recorded it one day/night!  I then seen the caretaker one time as I was standing outside with another tenant. He was so drunk he clearly could not see straight, he was staggering to the door and trying his key. THIS IS A 2 PART REVIEW. PLEASE SEE THE SECOND REVIEW TO CONTINUE.

We moved recently in this building and that time our care taker was super good and friendly, he knew that how to deal with a tenet, Since we got New care taker in this building from last 2 month, nobody likes him, he have no manners how he should talk to tenet, he is too rude, recently we text him there was kind of leaking in our apartment, his answer was you guys bugging me and was rude again, If he can’t take responsibility why he is here? No one like him and because of this new care- taker already many tenet thinking about to leaving this building, which they don’t want but they have to. Alliance investment will get big loose from this building if tenet are moving and this is will all happen because of new care- taker. Hopefully Alliance investment will do something about this person.
