Mr. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the ownership, acquisition, development and management of self storage, residential and industrial real estate in Canada.
Mr. Scott is the Chair of Parkit Enterprise Inc. (TSXV: PKT) and serves as Director and Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC). Mr. Scott also serves as a Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Self Storage Association.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and the CPA and CA designations.

I had a problem accessing the unit the first time (access code issue). Once I let ACCESS know they quickly fixed the issue. GREAT service. EASY process. HIGHLY recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My storage is good and a good price. I'm just waiting for better pavement as it is very muddy and mucky trying to get to the building and coming out of my car. I'm not very pleased that people are also parked where I have to unload/load up my stuff if I need to. That's why I didn't give a 5 star.
