In Full Bloom Florists is conveniently located at 9-2077 Pembina Highway in Winnipeg. OPEN Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4PM. Our shop offers delivery to all local nursing homes, hospitals and funeral homes.

Unfortunately the arrangement received was smaller than the advertised photo (COVID-19 preventing them from getting the correct flowers in) but In Full Bloom has AMAZING customer service and quickly rectified the situation. Answered my email within 20 minutes, very polite and understanding on the phone. Picked up the original arrangement and will be delivering a new one the next day. Very impressed with the customer service during these trying times with the pandemic. Would highly recommend In Full Bloom.

β β β β β I would strongly recommend going with In Full Bloom for your event. We had In Full Bloom do our wedding flowers this summer. They did an absolutely incredible job. Everyone was raving about the beauty of our wedding flowers. It was really breathtaking.
The head florist Jim has been working with flowers since he was 15 years old and he really knows his stuff. What a great guy and very skilled. They work very hard to make sure that you're happy and that they got the order right. They were very professional, easy to work with and showed up early on the day of the wedding to make sure everything was set up in time. We paid about $1700 for our wedding flowers and it was worth every cent. They're also very honest. They try to save you money where they can. I'll definitely be going back there. Absolutely no regrets. Thank you In Full Bloom!

β β β β β I was sent a sympathy arrangement that was ordered from out of province. With no heads up of the delivery the driver left the arrangement with someone across the street whom I've never talked to. Then I was told to go collect my arrangement from a house that may or may not be contaminated with covid. What kind of business believes this policy is acceptable?
It gets better. When I phone to ask for assurance the arrangement wouldn't be reused I was met with rudeness.
Any business can get good reviews when things go flawlessly. The character of the business is revealed when things don't according to plan and the employees choose to express anger at the customer for expecting competence.

β β β β β I rarely take the time to praise businesses but when I do it's because they have blown me away in their quality of work and exceptional customer care. I ordered flowers a few days before my Mother's 90th birthday and had a great discussion with the owner as we decided what was best and the type of vase etc. My sister realizing that I do not know anything about my mother's preferences tells me what colours we need to request. This is really when King West Flowers went from great to exceptional!
I called and was easily able to have the flowers selected in the colours that my mom would prefer. The flowers that arrived were the most vibrant and fresh my mother and sister had ever seen. Truly work from an artists that loves their craft. Here's the icing, my mother found one flower that after a couple of days was not holding up like the others. My mother called feeling she owed it to the owner to know and expected nothing. Later that day a beautiful replacement arrived at her door.

I went to shop yesterday and I asked them to have a wide and big flowers and the lady took the measurements
I paid for the premium which is the highest and I mentioned so many times that I need a big flowers vey wide
Unfortunately, I received today the worst flowers that I paid for it in my life

Cared about weather to be not good condition to delivered, but flowers were perfectly beautiful look and my Fiancee really loved it. This shop will be the one of way we will figure out long-distance relationship through covid. I would love to order here only from now on, the best customer service and flowers.

β β β β β Met the business owner and his family in 2017 Chinese business gala, they were the centre piece provider. We sit in same table and exchanged business card, after that I visited their shop a few days after.
I paid in full for the biggest plant and a big planter in their shop back in 2017. and than they told me they will deliver the plants to me when the owner is available.
Now it is 2022. I have Never received the delivery, they called me once said they didnβt forget me, her husbandβs truck is not big enough.
I am very busy with life and most of time forgot about the fact that I have bought things with them. I drove by it this week and decided let more people know my experience.
