★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely recommend Osborne Florist for whatever you need flowers for.
I was extremely happy. She loved them. The bouquet was large, full and beautiful. I bought the premium and was very happy with their work. The card was high quality and so were the chocolates. Delicious too, I heard. I'm more than happy.
Don't hesitate. I'll be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they send me the wrong arrangement with the wrong message on my Birthday. I had no idea who the flowers where from and assumed they just messed up the card and had to call and ask. they just laughed it off and told me who sent it.
I find out later that the arrangement was totally different from what was ordered and we contacted them to send the proper flowers. they agreed and we arranged for delivery. Again what they sent looks Absolutely NOTHING like what was ordered. I understand that sometimes the exact flowers are not available but the arrangement I received looked pathetic compared to the picture. Costco arrangements look way more premium compared to this at a way cheaper price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered from Osborne florists several times over the last 8+ years. I have to say that the recipients always contact me to say more than just thank you. I get specific compliments about the arrangement, the quality of the individual flowers and how good they smell (I thought this was weird but some flowers that are mass produced don’t have any smell).
I’ve only ordered online. The process is seamless and has been 100% successful in every way every time. I found the prices to be fair and competitive, although I don’t really compare them anymore as Osborne Florists are my go to every time for many different occasions. The website isn’t flashy but it’s effective.
I wanted to write this review because sometimes I forget to review the good experiences; often it’s the bad experiences that trigger taking the time to write a review. This a local company that has operating for a long time because of the quality of the flowers, the beautiful arrangements and great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got all our wedding florals and bouquets from Osborne Florists for our wedding this past weekend and they were just beautiful! I was so impressed and absolutely loved my bouquet! Oriana and Angie made the whole process very easy and helpful and with just an inspo picture and brief consultation to go by they made my vision a reality and I could not have been happier!! I recommend Osborne Florists so much, we were so pleased!! I haven't received pictures back yet because it was just this past weekend but I snapped a few myself I'll add to show off how wonderful our flowers turned out!

The flowers are always beautiful and their selection for gift baskets is great as well. I've used their services for a sympathy gift basket/floral arrangement and a retirement floral arrangement. The delivery service is awesome and quick and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Very happy with Osborne Florists and definitely with use and recommend them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the Florists Choice daily deal in the premium size to send to our coworker in sympathy. It was $130 (free shipping). I called to see if there was possibly a mistake on the size, and was told no that is what I ordered. It was embarrassing. Will not order from here again. Arrangement on the left circled. Vase was plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was rather far from home over mothersday, their website made placing an order for delivery extremely simple, and the end result was amazing! No more than 5 minuets to place the order on my phones browser, and arrived on time with no issues. Thank you a whole bunch for helping make my mothers day special even when i couldnt be there!
