After living at 360 Hoffman St for almost two years, we have had nothing but good experiences. The Superintendent Amy makes sure the building looks great and helps solve any issues that we have. Everyone in the building is nice and seem to get along great. It was a blast when the units are being upgraded, we could all stand in the hall to chat and laugh with one another.

We have no plans to move anytime soon. Great place, great people.

R	Rob MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent seems very very high for what they are providing. On the plus side, the building is always clean. The location is still separated from amenities by major roads, so it's not pleasant to walk to Currents in Windermere.
C	Chris Odonnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there for almost 2 years really happy with management the apartment was awesome with the in suit laundry and the spacious rooms only down side and not fault of the on location management was the proper clearing of snow out of the parking lot in winter and up keep of the landscaping also disappointed in the delay in receiving my damage deposite back been gone now 1 month and still no sign of it but the on location manager Marian has been great in trying to resolve the issue she should be promoted

The space is perfect compared to other places we checked; we get more room for the same amount we would be paying anywhere else. There are decent number of aboveground parking spots and limited number of paid underground parking (those were a saver during winter times). The buildings are always clean and neighbours are quite and considerate. Building management representative is available all the time in their office to respond to our needs and always responsive. Above all, it is located in a great neighbourhood close to everything you could want within walking distance. #mycenturionhome

She is very attentive, friendly, and helps you with any issues in a very timely manner. I had a great expereince with Mary Anne and would recommend Windermere Village Apartments as a great place to live!

We had couple of fixture issues right after moving in and all issues we attended immediately. Very family friendly, no nuisances. The friendly lady Maryann in office is there to help you any time. Underground heated car park is an added luxury specially during winter. (For extra fee) When you google you can see location is so good and you are so close to almost every place you need to go in your day to day life.
