★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nik and Simmy are two outstanding individuals that made our move in exceptional! Both were accommodating and made our move in process really smooth. If you had any questions or needed something you would get a response right away. I couldn’t have asked for two outstanding, knowledgeable and welcoming individuals to have helped us. I would like to also mention the cleaning associate, Izeta; she is a beautiful person inside and out! She made our home spotless and accommodated us with our move in day. I would highly recommended the lovely staff at Insignia to anyone out there that is planning on moving or in the process!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to rent! Everything is near!! Good community! The office staff Simmy was very accommodating and helpful through my stay here can’t find anyone more suitable then her. Also for the lady who made sure the building is nice and clean thanks girl! Thank you boardwalk for the great and welcoming experience here in insignia tower I would never regret moving here! Keep it up guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire process from searching for a Boardwalk location to moving in, has be easy and enjoyable. Insignia Towers has beautiful clean suites and all public areas are the same. The parkade was also well planned.
When I came to see the property, I was treated with such kindness and respect from Simmy and she had been incredible to work with ever since. I’ve needed to get additional keys, parking, make move in arrangements, and Simmy has been a great help and always accommodating. All staff in this facility are professional and the energy in the office is very positive. Every tenant I’ve bumped into has been friendly and have great things to say about their time living in Insignia Towers. I’m happy with my decision to move here and and feel at home. Great job Boardwalk with this property and your staffing. Too notch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment we lived in for a year was gorgeous. The grey and neutral design was so fun to decorate. It was so spacious that we didn't have enough things to fill up the apartment. The units were also very quiet despite us facing the road. The building management and staff were friendly and easy to contact. Simmy helped make our move out of the building smooth and enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent building, quiet and clean with nice views of Anthony hendey from my apartment. Amazing staff with excellent attitude. Simmy is fantastic, she has a solution for every problem. My moving experience was seem less. It’s been one week I have moved here and I am loving it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a tenant here for over a year. There has some bad apples here management has taken care of, I give them credit for that. The biggest frustration here is how relaxed management is with tenants that abuse visitor parking. There is limited parking compared to signature towers. The same tenants park after hours and on weekends in visitor parking and management does nothing about it. I have brought up license plates etc. And they still say the same excuse that it is after hours and they can't do anything about it. This is BoardWalk a large corporation...the least they could do is set up a parking program and contract a vendor to monitor some stalls after hours. If you are a loyal tenant you will pay $75 a month for parking. This is my last lease here. To those who currently live here you understand. To those who will be signing a lease, this will be your top frustration with this place when you have to walk from Safeway since a lot of tenants have parked in the boardwalk visitor stalls after hours.
