C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand all these awful reviews j have been here for about 6 months now and had no problems rents super cheap buildings clean there underground parking and the area don't even get me started I'd leave my car unlocked with the doors open it's so safe the landlord is super nice and things get fixed and dealt with immediately if recommended it too anyone it's great

N	Nicole Quant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place for anyone to live. Super not impressed with the quality of care for there tennants that Windemere provides. They have no machine to pay rent so your forced to go to the bank and get a check, and sometimes they loose the check so I have to pay to get another one done up. I ask them for an extra parking spot and it's been 2 weeks, I called and asked to fix who's on my lease with me and that had been another 2 week wait. They never retearn phone calls. It has been nothing but difficulties living here.

Of course mice would get in when both side doors of the building are smashed up and never get fixed for months anyone could just walk in that's real safe right. Previous landlords where great but then they brought in Mary Ann who is extremely rude and doesn't care and never gets back to you when needed just shows up for a pay check kind of thing. We moved out and they nearly took all of our $1500 deposit back which we thought was unreal as we rented from many companies (boardwalk, Midwest etc.)in the past and always got our deposit returned.what kind of company charges $200 for paint?? Don't all companies have to paint when people move out?? Never heard of the previous tenants having to pay for that. You can hear people walking on the upstairs level which woke our children up all the time, we just began to realize that everything used to build the place was the cheapest of any material . In the end it's not what it was all hyped to be if you like your place to have mice,bugs, rude landlord and hallways that need repairs this is the place for you, if not I highly recommend you stay away and keep looking.
F	Forgotton Prince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good apartment, good scenery, good security in the garage about 3 meters high 2x2 meters wide. you can store you vehicle in the underground garage, it’s a little packed and some people are not so polite even if your within your lines. The apartments themselves are nice, the one I lived in and the other one I visited both had marble counter tops with dark wood cabinets as well as carpet in the base apartment and marble flooring in the kitchen but don’t expect this in every apartment as I haven’t seen them all. There is a school that is less than a min walk the apartment complex. From the time I’d live there I’d watch them create a vast field where you and your loved one can play Sports or just enjoy the sun set and melancholy view.

They are on top of things and do a great job of coordinating things and helping the tenants when needed. I do hear the 2 neighbors above me on occasion, and on the one side with noisy dogs though. It helps to get to know your neighbors and let them know you. So, the building could have been better built those 10 years ago. Nice to have a park next door, love the high fence in between for privacy. Underground parking is wonderful and not having to shovel snow or mow the lawn is great! "Toto, there's no place like home."

The neighbours above make a lot of noise above the bedrooms 'til early morning hours almost every night and management will not do anything because they are friends with the tenants. Have asked over and over for help from building manager with the situation and nothing has ever been done. Not even their Head Office will take action. Would not recommend anyone live here. There is no insulation to the building so you hear everything from your neighbours, kids run around and hang out in the hallways, and people cook often leaving their doors open so the strong smell of their cooking wafts in to your home.
