The Signature Condominiums

Worst managed building ever. Do not move to these condos as 1 gong show after another! Avoid this place at all costs! Not even worth 1 star should be zero!!!

Heat issues. They can't heat the lobby. The water fall out back was broken last year. A couple of apartments don't have proper heat and air conditioning. HVAC issues.

Management will steal what they can to get ahead

Signature condos is run by Dap Management. They have never run a management company in there lives. They will cheat , steal whatever it takes to keep a low budget to keep there job. The building is dirty , not built properly and not maintained. The hallways stink of garbage.

My girlfriend lives here and she lets me sleep over. What else is there to say? The building is nice and quiet Edit 4 months later. Not that quiet, unfriendly concierge desk. Buyer beware

Love the style of the condos and easy access to neighbourhood shops & restaurants.

Just trying to visit my sister. Girl at front desk was very rude. If I did something wrong, that's fine. But no need to be a B about it

I had high hopes of living here because I love the concept of a stylish high rise in a suburban type neighbourhood. Location was great - on the brim of Windermere/Ambleside, super close to the Henday and lots of shopping (literally located across from Currents of Windermere). Also close to all of Riverbend where every other service you may need exists. I loved the idea of the front desk/concierge on site, and I got along well with the ladies who worked there; sometimes stopping to chat after a long day at work. It was nice to have them on site when packages came in the mail, because it could be left with them until you were back. I don’t think I ever had to go pick up a package directly at any courier. Outdoor common area/patio area was very nice however for the first couple years the pool didn’t work. So you stared onto an ugly and dirty empty concrete pool. Major disappointment factor was the overall cheap aspect. First impressions were deceiving. When you live there you notice things like how cheap everything was made or the lack of interior finishing in some locations for the first two years. The gym was visibly nice but equipment would not work. I had never had a time when the treadmill didn’t randomly turn off while trying to workout. I complained to management frequently and I bet to this day the issue is not fixed. Balconies are super close together and lack privacy; you’re out of luck if your neighbours are creeps (haha)... they can see into your window. Parkade was large and great but could be inconvenient to have your spot on the opposite end from the elevator landing for your specific tower. The ramp up is curved and kind of scary when people are entering while you are leaving since some people don’t know how to drive. As of now when there is the super tall new tower going up, I would HATE to be the owner of one of the condos that face directly to it. Absolutely no sunlight can make its way in-between; they’re awkwardly close together. I bet the owners weren’t informed that their view will be someone else’s condo for the rest of the time there.
