Axxess - Edmonton

Hello, so I'm updating my review , I have been a resident since 2017 overall love my experience Overall the staff are always friendly , the units are very nice and come with all those extra amenities you could want. The neighborhood definitely is the best part , with access to a bus stop right beside the apartments and a beautiful park and bike path , during the summer it's easy on the eyes and the air is always fresh . The living in general is hassle free and safe. Essentially it feels like you live in a town inside of a city .

Office Management was good and responsive. Community is new and maintained well. Menka did a good job in showing us the apartment multiple times virtually whenever requested during covid lockdown times and helped us in onboarding to the house with ease. Slavaka and other team members are good too. Helps and responds to any queries quickly. Thank you for all the assistance.

We moved into Axxess on the 31st of December 2020 , after requesting them to expedite the move in since I was in an Airbnb. Menka Kalia who is the resident manager went out of her way to help us move in quick and to make sure everything is comfortable. Ever since , we've so far had a great living experience here. Neighbors are good, community and neighborhood is safe and really nice for walks. Boardwalk keeps organizing events to keep the community engaged. The residential complex is very well maintained, garbage is prompt and everything looks clean at all times. And the best part is they are pet friendly and it's awesome to run into other pet parents walking their babies . I've had couple of minor maintenance requests that were taken care of almost immediately . Overall very happy living here, I love my condo and my neighborhood. Thank you Menka for supporting and helping us pre move in and post as well.

This is one of the worst places to live it is so poorly managed. The management there district lays complete disregard for its residents. Run run far away and don’t look back.

Stay away from this place don’t rent here, Boardwalk should be ashamed of this building, management is terrible they completely disregard tenants , me and many other tenants have complained several times and management completely ignores it

Avoid this place at all costs. The units are nice but incredibly small definitely not suitable for family’s. Everyone seems to have a loud dog so all you hear day and night is barking. I was the second tenant to live in building B and when I moved in it was nice and peaceful and within two years the entire property had become a trash can, literally. People write graffiti on the walls, garbage is absolutely everywhere the people below me let their dog pee and poop on their balcony and by spring time it’s all I could smell. Not to mention NO ONE picks up after their pets so the entire lawn is covered in dog poop. They always turn the water off without notice because every other month there seems to be a leak in the basement. The first year I lived there I would wake up to a freezing apartment because the boiler turned off so the entire building had no heat. People avoid paying for parking by using up every since visitor parking stall day and night so if you actually have friends coming over they are forced to park on the street. Don’t bother bringing up any concerns because Tony will not only ignore you he will go out of his way to treat you like garbage. Upon moving out they will literally run their fingers along every surface to make sure there isn’t a spec of dust or god forbid a crum. Boardwalk is way overpriced. I moved into a 3 bedroom condo that is twice the size and my rent is $20 cheaper than what I paid at Axxess and it includes an underground parking stall unlike the $50 ($75 with storage) underground parking boardwalk will charge you. Do not live here!

Unbelievably disgusting place to live. Almost no maintenance, paint peeling and disrespectful staff. Damages property and increases rent every year no matter what. Just an overwhelming feeling of you don’t own anything, live somewhere where you can actually feel safe.
