★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent five years out of the gym with postural and back injuries due to incorrect form during my early years of training. Spent thousands of dollars on physiotherapists and treatments as a consequence trying to correct these problems with no success. Aiden evaluated me, corrected my improper form and built a program which not only allowed me to train safely and correctly. But also rehabbed my injures and allows me to train pain free. Can’t recommend highly enough!
