★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was renting from Aspen Court boardwalk since January, since covid has hit ive been unable to find any work. I had discussed with the employee in the office at aspen court about moving to bc for a promised job and a bed to sleep in. I was reassured by the staff member Jerry, not to worry about it and that my contact wouldnt be a issue. now that i have moved location manager Magnus MacGregor has told me a owe a total of 2500$ for each month i lived here as rent was 1050 a month. They've also not given back my deposit. I was originally suppose to pay 1200 for a newly renovated suite with all brand new appliances after boardwalk gave me a tour of a unit that was already sold i had to settle for none renovated unit with very old appliances and i few existing problems. board walk offered me a price of 1050 for the poorly maintained suite. now saying i owe 250$ for each month since i have not finished my contract. do not rent from this company very determined to get every penny they can and screw you over. i had sent screenshots of the landlord emails saying not to worry about the contract if i had to leave do to work/not being able to afford rent. very disguised in the treatment ive recieved from boardwork and magnus MacGregor. i had explained it was ethier i moved or recieved multiple late fees everyday late on rent. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! i was told to have the company send a email saying they were giving me a job and a room to rent for very low, the site manager as told me this is not good enough and that I must pay. Board walk is not working to resolve this matter at all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff clean hallways and common areas and nice environment. I just want to comment on painting being done. Painters just leave the white dust that they sand from the hallway walls of bldg c. My daughter has an allergy to dust. It should be cleaned right after painting. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far my favourite place to live. The apartments are surrounded by parks, and are nestled in the most gorgeous, quiet neighbourhood in Edmonton. Geri, the property manager is an absolute treasure - she's lovely, supportive, and a wonderful person all around. The apartments are big and spacious, rooms are a great size, and the maintenance team is ready to help with anything that comes up! By far the best renting experience I've ever had, and I'd be happy to live at Aspen Court again if I come back to Edmonton. <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geri is the best person I know, she's an awesome human being and the world need people like her she's caring loving person and treat tenants like her own family, I'm glad I met her and the moments I talk with her about moving in to that apartment, I feel I have find a home and I wasn't wrong. Thank you Geri for being who you're and please train people to have the customer service you have and make renting and landlording better. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there for 3 years without issue. Gave my notice that I would be leaving in January. They proceeded to tell me I didn't give notice and that I owe $1100.00 for lost revenue.
They like to say it's a family environment, but will gouge you for every penny they can when you leave.
I would not recommend boardwalk to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boardwalk has been amazing to deal with from finding a new place to maintenance requests. Geri is amazing to deal with aswell as all of the employees. We had a pipe burst on Christmas morning and about an hour later we had it repaired and the technician was amazing to deal with, and we had to have someone come in a replace underlay and he was just as good to deal with. Both professional and made the unfortunate experience that much easier to deal with. Unfortunately I forget the names, but boardwalk has been great throughout our time with them. Couldn’t be happier.
