Natasha, the building manager does an amazing job and we are very thankful that she is our property manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Girlfriend and I have been here for a year and it has been a great experience nothing but good things to say. They grit and plow parking lot and sidewalks frequently in the winter. All appliances work great. Beautiful area that is far from the hustle and bustle alot greenery around all sides of the apartment. Neighborhood is very active lots of people out walking their dogs, biking, jogging etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ might be the best apartment i ever lived. Living here for 6 months and I have no complaints! Heating and all the appliances work just fine, always give proper notice for any maintenance. neighbors are respectable and its a really nice neighborhood too. No problems with pests either. Natasha our building manager is lovely and very accommodating.

Management is excellent, very helpful and polite.Unit is clean and spacious. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to rent apartment in good community. Not to mention that their rent is reasonable compared to others.

Management was quick and accommodating with any messes or repairs needed upon move in, but the suite was already clean and fantastic! No bug or pest issues, no utilities issues, and everyone has been very friendly so far. Great neighbourhood and community here!

I don’t think i would like anywhere else as much as Riverbend Estate. Wonderful staff and have never encountered a problem with any tenant.
