Gina made the financial process of buying the truck a breeze and was also very helpful all throughout. I'm very happy with the customer service at Wilson Niblet! And plan on coming back for my next vehicle purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person and the manager I spoke with was not nice at all and kind of rude. The sales person hesitated to even answer questions and he probably thought I am not a real buyer but he absolutely was wrong. I am a person of doing a lot of research and then make my decision.
I found this kind of behavior is coming from his manager which was fighting me with loud tone and then said I am not fighting. Anyway, I was fan of Chevy Travers and here they changed my mind to not consider any GM cars at all. Ahhhhhh, very bad experience with this dealer and very bad atmosphere there. Not recommending at all. Hope GM can see this feedback and make it fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience with the Wilson-Niblett team. We were looking for a new family vehicle and pretty much knew the car we wanted going in. We worked with Jeff, he was very personable and made the process easy. Negotiations were tough (cars are in high demand atm) but fair, and we're happy with the price we came out with. On the finance side we worked with Gina who was also very easy and friendly to work with. The entire process was also relatively quick all around which is always appreciated. Happy with the vehicle and the price, can't ask for much more!

We purchased a new Bolt EV, and because we had to travel a distance to visit the dealership, he was most accommodating. The trade in offer was fair and acceptable and the management was very easy to deal with. The staff who helped us with the closing details were courteous and efficient. I would recommend this dealership for all your automobile needs.

Professional, Trustworthy and extremely Friendly are just a few of the ways I'd describe Chris Walters and the amazing team he has assembled at his dealership. I recently purchased my 2022 Chevy Suburban Z71 from Stef.Z and I can't thank him enough for making the entire transaction as fun and painless as possible. Stef and Chris took a great deal of time going over this amazing truck they built for me and made sure to explain all the new features for 2022. Chris even identified a few missing items and had them upgraded and replaced for me within the day, now I have the best custom designed and fitted car and cargo mats on the market. A huge shoutout goes to Shirley Elliott and her team of Krystyna, Kayla and Lauren in the Service Department. I've made a few visits to Wilson Niblett over the past few weeks and every single time these ladies have gone above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP in their shop. I love the communication and all the help they offer whenever I visit the dealership.
Wilson Niblett Motors has been in my home town of Richmond Hill for over 60 years and theres a reason they are still leaders in the community when it comes to the best in sales, service and giving back to the community.
