Most obnoxious sales associate I've ever met. They didn't have what I was looking for, but rather than presenting the available options and moving on she continually interrupted me, followed me around the store and came up with half-baked arguments to try and convince me I wanted something else. I left the store to get away from her.

Williams-Sonoma overall has great products that are more on the pricey side. The Yorkdale location moved from one side of the mall to the newer section a while back so the easiest way to access the store is from the entrance near area A in the parking lot (Cineplex/Indigo entrance) or from the main underground parking garage. Currently the mall is closed so this store has moved to curbside pick-up. I was very pleased with my most recent experience. My order was prepared within a few hours and the pick up went smoothly. I was greeted at the door and it took only a minute to get my order which was placed on a cart and wheeled to me. Overall a great experience.

I can’t even explain how much I love this store. They have amazing household items. The quality is superb and the level of customer service is exquisite. Such a beautiful store and while the items are not inexpensive; it is well worth the price tag when you consider the quality of the products in this store. The employees here are lovely and so very helpful. Love shopping here!

DREADFUL customer care, happy to take your money but not happy to look after their customers. After sales care is the worst I have encountered. $330 toaster used less that 50 times and one year old - according to Williams Sonoma its not working due to normal wear and tear. Also it took 12 weeks after taking my money to get the product. AWFUL and rude rude representatives. Stay Clear!

BAD Product with WORST Customer Service Team I purposely bought Smeg Kettle and Toaster from Williams-Sonoma as they are highly recognized company, and I thought the dealing with the customer service team would be easy and professional in case if I needed it. Smeg kettle created a big bubble on the surface when in use and the bubble stays there. It took me so many emails and calls to explain this and they finally decided to send me the replacement product and charged me on my credit card literally right away before I get the new order today (took me like 13 days!!) and they still owe me refund for this replacement order as they shouldn’t have charged me. So, guess what….new product arrived and it’s literally broken lid… seriously? I get a long sigh already to go through this another issue after issue with the poor customer service team? Sigh…..

Very disappointed with this outfit. I received a lovely gift certificate from my kids for Fathers Day and was waiting for in store shopping on return to use it. The store at Yorkdale showed stock so that’s where I went. This is about a half hour drive for me. Indeed they did have one in stock so a very cheerful sales associate came over to help. I asked if they had others and was told “no this is the only one “. I asked if they still had the box as I wanted to purchase it. Sorry we can’t sell display items was her response. When asked why - company policy- was the answer. They offered to have one shipped to my home however for $29.95 (a ridiculous price for a $300 item). I finally acquiesced and agreed. The new pan would be shipped to me around July 21st. As I wasn’t in a rush and was getting worn down I agreed. I had to pay extra as the certificate did not cover shipping and tax. Today I got an email telling be that they had canceled my order as they couldn’t supply the item. I called the customer service line to ask for a refund as I can buy the item online from numerous suppliers cheaper and with free shipping. I was told “sorry we can’t refund your money as it is a gift certificate “. When asked why “gift certificates are handled by a 3rd party “ and it was Company Policy. This is when I had had enough and asked to speak with someone in authority, capable of making decisions. After longer on hold I was told that they could refund the money to my daughter for the certificate and that my credit card was pending. Then I was told it would take 3-5 days for processing. This is now after being on the phone for 30 minutes. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Update: 2 weeks later and still no refund. Turns out that they will only give the money back as a gift card. So, I reordered the item but not in a color I wanted and at a $30 higher price than is available elsewhere in the color I wanted. Plus a $30 shipping charge. ?

Very good selection of kitchen utensils. Prices are not cheap, but you get excellent quality. An item was not in stock and they processed my order in store and it arrive in a few days. Very good customer service and the staff is knowledgeable in the products that they sell. Highly recommended.
