I will never shop there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else shop there either. Beautiful products however, they don't stand behind them.
I purchased a bracelet and it started
changing colours and looked horrible.
I presented the bracelet to the owner for an
exchange but was told that it's my problem.
A reasonable, local business owner might sympathize
and provide proper customer service and offer
a solution. They simply dismissed my concern
and said, oh well.
It's a shame because they do have
nice pieces, but buyer beware.
