To add to the insult the ladies don’t pick up the phone anymore! I ordered another arrangement at the same time from Richmond hill location was there in 2 hrs. Please choose another location. They don’t event give my money back to order from elsewhere!!! Be ware’

Unfortunately I was not impressed when I received notice that it had been delivered and it had not. It was delivered to the wrong apartment. Lucky they were honest about receiving it. I certainly didn't appreciate the hunt for the gift. Won't use this store again as clearly it was the driver's error and I get oops sorry, So you reached out Micheal from order, no response when i send everything. No one responded here's my update Today is now 2 weeks since this happened. I have provided everything required and then get no response. So it's obvious that Edible Arrangements doesn't care about their customers just the money. I will have lost faith and will reflect so in every review I will make on every site and advertisement I find if this isn't settled today. It's obvious that Edible Arrangements was okay with a senior walking halls looking for this arrangement. It was ADMITTED by your staff that YOUR driver was at fault. Unacceptable in every way. Then to reach out on my comment like you would make this better, give me a run around for 2 weeks, again UNACCEPTABLE. Amazing how well social media can make the public aware of unethical companies out there. Guess I'll draft up my post, including all names that responded to me. Waiting until 5pm and the I hit post. I think your best bet is to pick up yourself that way you won’t be disappointed with delivery issues. My only point of contention is there’s no sign directly on the door and it was locked. I didn’t realize you couldn’t walk in for pick up and no one at the counter even looked at me when I was outside even though I know they saw me, so I had to back away from the store to notice the sign off to the side on the window and call. Then no one answered, and only then did someone from the back come and open the door. I found it a little rude to be ignored at first but the person who passed me my order was pleasant enough. My suggestion is to make sure there’s signage right on the door as well.

Should be delivered the 13th, but the guy brought it the 14th at night, left in on the ground near the gates and the box stand there all night. How should the people eat it after? Strawberries are not fresh already. Never again!!!!!

My wife enjoyed the fresh chocolate covered strawberries. I will always use this location as the customer service was very helpful. I recommend this concept over any flower bouquet.
