S	Suki Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my new all time best sub spot! I always get the Italian sub, large and always get their house hot sauce on the side to dip. I usually go on Sundays, they don't have too much foot traffic, but they have two patio seats outside which is great for warmer weather meals outside.

Good job keep it up. I usually have the hook and ladder buy I had the most popular one Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket according to the gentleman who served us VERY GOOD

I tried the turkey bacon ranch and it did not disappoint! I had the large size and was too full from lunch to even have dinner. The ambience of the place is cool too with all the Firefighter memorabilia.

Decided to go for a quick bite with my wife this past Thursday night and service from the manager was simply not good. 1. The soda machine was broken and they offered bottles. I usually have no issues with this, except an employee tried to fix it and what seem to be the manager ordered him (with an attitude) not to do it. 2. We were finishing up our meal and were asked rudely by the same person (alleged manager with attitude) if we were planning on staying any longer since they were closing and needed to clean up. Saw the clock and it was 8.40pm (they close at 9pm). We obviously did not feel welcomed and decided to stop and go home. 3. Rest of the staff was very friendly. Food was good, although we though they forgot to add the BBQ on our subs and we asked for extra which they provided. This location is in my route from work and I've never had an issue there, usually friendly staff.
D	D Mur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well my first time at Firehouse Subs on Dufferin St. The staff were very polite and professional and the woman took the time to explain the entire process. I purchased the Turkey, Bacon, Cheddar and it was Fresh and absolutely delicious. I was stuffed in a good way. Yes you pay a bit more, but you get so much more in Quantity and Quality. I will be back again and thanks for the friendly service.

They cheaped out the toppings, barely put any meat and did not follow the instructions what should of came from the menu. They just slapped on some very little meat, lots of mayo, very little to nothing cheese, no mushrooms and no caramelized onions. It took them an hour to make it and also gave me the wrong drink order. I do not recommend this place, try it your own risk.
M	Mike Fenton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m honestly not too sure what this is. I had ordered a 6 inch Italian Meatball and when my order was called out she called it as Italian Meatball. I drove 25 minutes there then home to find this disappointment. The sub has been tossed in the garbage. I have normally been to the Oshawa location and it was great. Also, an ex employee was in the lobby with customers taking about how he just quit and talking trash about the management, the other employees were encouraging it and didn’t stop it. Very uncomfortable topic and behaviour while waiting for the food to be prepared.
E	Eric Dao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much better than subway! They stack the subs with plenty of meat, their toppings are fresh and you can hear them cook fresh subs for you as you wait for your order! Staff was friendly and courteous, and service was relatively quick. Highly recommend!
