Unprofessional and unreliable company. I contacted Lazy Lawn and Paulo scheduled a site visit. Less than two hours before he was to attend he canceled and we rescheduled for the following day. When he arrived and questions were asked he didn't seem to really understand the product and seemed put off by the questions. 5 Days after site visit I had still not received a quote. I emailed Paulo who said he had a family emergency and would send it that afternoon. I have never received the quote and went with a reliable professional company: SYN LAWN

Really happy with my purchase. Bran is the GM and dealt with my order in a timely fashion. The quality of the grass is fantastic, the price is good and I highly recommend their service.

Had a hard time getting another company to come by for a quote, and then discovered LazyLawn did some work at two neighbours' places, and since they are happy I reached out for a quote. Had a visit within a few days, and the job was done the next week. Very happy with the look and the results, and enjoyed the team doing the work as well.

I run agility sessions for dogs and needed some turf indoors to create a natural feel for their paws, hands down best decision I made was getting lazy lawn installed. The dogs love it!

I have to give two stars because I am mostly pleased with the final product but the customer service of this company has been really frustrating and they never actually finished the job. When I requested a site visit they were quick to respond and send someone over to take measurements and prepare a quote. Charlie was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me pictures of a specific type of trim I wanted that included rock boulders with the turf nicely cut and trimmed around the edges and told me that’s how they would finish the lawn. He also told me that they would include an artificially made mulch- he even went into great detail about how great it would be for the tree and that it was non toxic to my dog. I thought that was great that they would include that. He also said that it would be done before Victoria Day weekend- it wasn’t. Once I paid the deposit is when everything went downhill. I was told almost every single day for two weeks that someone would call me on that day to schedule our service. I emailed their admin and they said, the reason I couldn’t schedule service is because I haven’t paid a deposit- which wasn’t true. They are disorganized and clearly no one communicated anything to me despite my several attempts at scheduling service. Then they stopped responding to me entirely. I finally reached them over the phone by calling their 1-800 number which was directed to the owner- I think, who linked me through to Kate after I told him I wanted my deposit back. Funny, when they think it’s a new inquiry calling suddenly the phone is answered. Again, they had no idea what was going on and tried to schedule me for a site visit- to which the owner interrupted and said “Kate they’ve already done this. They need to schedule service.” Finally it seemed we were getting somewhere but then they needed to schedule another site visit because they needed measurements? When someone already came to record measurements. Fast forward to service day- three 18 year olds arrived. They were professional and they did the job almost entirely on their own until Jesse arrived later in the day. What bothered me was that Jesse told me that they were finishing up and that I would just have to arrange the boulders on my own…. First of all, that wasn’t the deal or the design/level of finishing I was promised. I looked at him sideways and told him that my husband just had a hernia surgery and couldn’t possibly lift anything and that they would need to do that. He was annoyed by this and somehow still didn’t care to arrange the boulders, they just started clearing their things and leaving. Not only did I basically arrange the boulders on my own, with the help from one of the kids with one or two rocks, but they didn’t finish the job as it was promised. The boulders were just placed on top of the gravel in an uneven way and the lawn was not trimmed around it like they promised. They left gravel all over the sidewalk in front of our house and the Neighbors house and road and didn’t clean up after themselves. It appears they were in a hurry to get their weekend started. They did not leave us the artificial mulch. I tried emailing this feedback instead of leaving a public review but no one got back to me. So here we are. If anyone asks about our lawn, I won’t be mentioning or recommending this company.

I had artificial turf installed on my condo balcony this past summer by the great guys from Lazy Lawn! From the moment I asked for a quote to the completion of the project, Bran and his team were efficient, professional and fantastic! and to top it off... I got a great deal on the turf. My balcony looks amazing and my dog loves it too. Thank you X 1000 Bran and team :)

The job was done in one day and the team worked into the night to get it done as committed. As it was dark out when the job was finished, there were a couple small areas to fix. I ended up speaking with Jesse directly in order to get it done. Jesse jumped-in and over-delivered. He came to the house with help right away and fixed everything. Super easy to talk with and the final result is exceptional. I credit the hard work of the LazyLawn install team and Jesse with delivering on this.

Lazy lawn did an entire side yard for us in 2018. We have dogs and kids, and have had our fence re-done around it. It has held up extremely well. It’s the preferred area of our yard for everyone to play in! The product is good. It’s soft, clean, and there are no bugs/insects like regular grass. ZERO maintenance needed in 4 years and it continues to look good year after year. The company was good to work with and the value has been tremendous. We’re now thinking about doing the other side of our yard where we had sod installed around the same time -the area has turned to weeds and mud (despite $$/time maintenance). There’s zero doubt as to which part of our yard looks best and which was the best value over time.
