W	WITI Money on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get fresh bread and great quality. The only thing is too many shopping carts in way and staff shouldn't allow this as hard for shoppers like me to move in aisles and grab my food. Cashier the blonde one a bit roudy not so professional a bit of a busy body .....the other cashier very sweet and you can see she cares about customer service. The prices in the deli meat expensive for packages so worth going across the street fresh cuts of deli meat and save money. Baked goods were limited for a Friday ..disappointed as was there early!! Should have more items on Friday's
R	Rose Cornell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in a grocery shop. I went today looking for some soya and fava beans which I saw on their website. I checked first at the shelves and couldn't find any. Asked to two employees who were replenishing the shelves but they barely acknowledge my presence, they looked like they didn't know what I was talking about and kept doing their job so I went to the other aisles trying to find what I was looking for. I approached a cashier asking if there was someone who could help me, she was by the way the nicest among all staff despite she was busy. She told me where to look at but when I told her I checked there already, she asked another woman who seemed to be the manager but she only said 'no', I insisted telling her that according to their website they have and was the only reason I went there. She turned and looked at me as if I said something wrong, then she said 'Who has time to update a website?, next week!' I left right away, what a waste of my time.... seriously? why do you have a website then? Is this the way you treat your potential new clients? maybe their business is doing so well they don't care I support local but for this place, it's my first and last time

Was told to call in next week to see if they had gotten new stock, nothing came. Called in the following week- was told to speak to owner in regards to getting this product in. Was told "next week, next week" every week for a month. Then the owner got MAD at ME for inquiring and staying on top of the items I was trying to find (they're the only company in Canada that sells this item). Horrible communication and less than satisfactory customer service. I do not recommend this store. Owner is rude and employees are rude too.

They always keep their high standard service and the highest level of meals they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
