D	Drew Sommerville on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend this service enough. I injured my ankle, contacted Wheel Walkers and within a couple hours had a knee walker/scooter delivered to my house. Jeff walked me through the basics of how to use it. The walker was excellent. Jeff responded to emails very quickly. Returning the walker was also very easy. I had another leg injury several years ago and didn't have one of these knee walkers. This made my recovery WAY easier. Getting around my house was much, much easier and I also think safer. Crutches are very hard on you, both mentally and physically. This just made my experience so much better. If you have a lower leg injury, I highly recommend you get in contact with Jeff at Wheel Walkers.

M	Mary Ann Neary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sustained a fracture right ankle on February 9th, 2020 having a fat bike slide out on me on ice in the Don Valley and I had surgery to stabilize the fracture on February 11th, 2020. I knew of knee walkers from other people using them during recovery from their ankle fractures and Achilles tendon repairs, such as Toronto Mayor John Tory. I live in a 3-story townhouse and wanted to be able to be mobile on 2 floors during my recovery. I called Wheel Walkers on Wednesday February 11th to get another knee walker for my second floor. The owner Jeff Goldstein was very helpful, delivering the smaller indoor knee walker for the second floor personally and even carried it up to the second floor with a smile. He even anticipated me needing a plastic cast sleeve for taking a shower and I was able to purchase that from him at the same time I am at the point in my recovery that I am partial weight bearing and no longer need the knee walker and returned the rental to Wheel Walkers after the 4 week rental and again, Jeff was very responsive and picked it up last night. May I never need a knee walker again, but if I do, Jeff and Wheel Walkers Inc. will be the first number I call! Highly recommend Wheel Walkers to anyone else with a lower extremity injury or repair and who are non-weight bearing for a period of their recovery. I wish I had rented both from Wheel Walkers in the first place.

I ordered the All Terrain Knee Rover. It arrived, as promised with no delays. Packaging was secure, no damage and assembly was easy. The Knee Rover is very sturdy and rides smoothly. The large rubber wheels make it easy to go over bumps and gravel. The basket on the front is so handy and just snaps off if not needed. The locking parking brake is easy to use. It is great for standing in lines or going up and down hills. I highly recommend Jeff at Wheel Walkers Inc. He made this stressful purchase a breeze. Thank you Jeff.

I specifically wanted that model as it is made for moving around a city with big wheels and sturdy base. They have a variety of other walkers, etc depending on what you need and prices are good. Quick email with owner to schedule and Jeff arranged front door delivery to my house in Etobicoke. Knee Rover is so much better than crutches, etc in terms of being able to get out. Was easily able to wander the city for several KM without an issue. Folds up easily for transport in Uber. Relatively easy to get on and off TTC buses, streetcars.

He delivered a brand new knee scooter within a few hours to our home. Great price with amazing service. If you find yourself in a non weightbearing situation with a fracture or foot surgery you should call Wheel Walkers.

Since then, he’s made it very easy to extend my scooter, and his online billing system is about as easy can be. He’s a very responsive guy who is super easy to work with.
