Went on a Monday and had to wait 6 hours to get inside! If you're planning to go, would suggest to dress or take plenty of warm clothing with you along with snacks / battery packs to pass the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give negative review I would have. One star does not even express the treatment and the wait time. Waited 4-5 hours in the cold only to meet with rude receptionists and workers. Securities are also very rude. Made everyone wait in the cold for 5+ hours and yet so disorganised. Not sure why they can’t provide us a waiting area inside when there are so many spaces. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be ready to wait in the cold for 5 hour to get helped. I recommend bringing a foldable chair, urinal, and pack up your breakfast and lunch.
Requested for appointment online, staff called my phone from a private number. They called for one second and then hang up. Their policy is that if no answer the first time they will call again the next day, on the next day my phone ringed for 1 second and they hang up again. They just want to pretend they called you and the job is done. Since they called from a private number you can't even call them back. So now i have to do walk in and line up for 5 hours, i was there 8 in the morning, left at 1:30.

The supervisor was very kind and I’m so grateful for him . Everyone who has a toddler knows how hard it is to do an errand. Mr. supervisor, you have no idea of the help you provided.Thank you so much, I really appreciated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow, super busy with long long line.
I was waiting in the line from 10:30 AM until 4 PM which is 5 and half hours but I couldn't even go inside. It was 4 PM sharp and there were only 3 people ahead of me that they closed the doors and didn't answer people after that.
I'm not sure how many agents did they have but the processing was super slow because it took least 10-15 minutes to someone come out of the exit door.
We even couldn't book appointments because they were full booked for next 2 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Staff are nice and the whole process of getting the SIN just took 10-15 mins.
Cons: I arrived yesterday at 9:45AM but had to line up and wait outside on the street until about 2PM to get inside. So make sure you wear warm clothes as the wind can be very annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on May 26, by 7 am. There were already 15 people in line. An hour later there were more than 100 people waiting. I was able to enter the center at 08:50 and 15min later I was out on the street with my SIN number.
Service was excellent and I definitely recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great service, no complaints. Came to submit Passport application, arrived at 6.40, was second in line. They opened door right on time n was let in within 10 minutes. Service at the booth was excellent. Will recommend this center to everyone ?
