I went online to check for my application status and I saw Dec 2019?! It's Jun 2021 right now. Just how long do they expect people to wait to have their citizenship certificate replaced?!? (I changed legal name) SHOULDN'T YOU BE HIRING MORE PEOPLE instead of telling people for wait 2 years for a replacement certificate???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve no idea how they are doing unprofessional stuffs! Sometimes They make hearing dates at the same time,same date for 2 people ! Both have same lawyer! Is this case both refugee claimant and lawyer are in a mess situation!!!
