N	Northern Lights Pictures on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underfunded, basically existing only for show as opposed to actually accomplishing anything. Now this isn't about who they side with in an application. Its about the fact that it now takes so long to get any resolution that it renders the filing of an application as mostly pointless.
J	Joachim Richter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medically 100% PTSD disabled by human rights crimes provable in any court, I appealed to the O"hr"T for help. Because all 3 of my applications were "Lost" by Legal Aid I had no lawyer. Because, as stated, I am medically 100% disabled (documented, the O"hr"T knew this), I couldn't fully comply with their administrative demands and therefore the O"hr"T destroyed documented evidence of mine. Then, without a lawyer, I had a 2 minutes telephone "pre-hearing" at the O"hr"T, in which I was confronted by its employee Jo-An, Jo-Ann, Jo-Anne, Joanne (she childishly can't make up her mind) Pickel and by 7 opposing lawyers, where she asked me questions in lawyer's lingo, a law professional would have had to answer. Then she dismissed my case on procedural grounds, despite overwhelming evidence of abuse, while sort of showing off to the 7 lawyers how "Smart" she brushed me off, maybe for a future job. The O"hr"T consists of a corrupted bunch of human rights crooks, who put Ontario's human rights on tin-pot country level; sexist human rights criminals "Defending" human rights. I have never been criminally convicted and don't belong to any extremist group. O"hr"T and Pickel decided I am lawless prey in Canada. Oh, oh Canada, controlled by crooks anything goes!
S	Stephen LeGresley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your applying for the HRTO, be prepared to wait years to get your matter looked at. If you call the tribunal you're looking at a 30 min wait time minimum (over an hour in most cases). The HRTO is one of those things that sounds good in theory but that the government puts next to no resources or funding behind so it ends up being basically useless. And while the mediation option may also sound good, it takes an extremely long time to find a mediator so as I said be prepared to wait a very very long time.
I	Italiangirl222 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on the phone waiting to have my phone call answered. The person on the phone named Helen was absolutely rude to me. This isn’t the first time that I have spoken with this person. She says to say your name and doesn’t say your full name. Then gets mad at you when you don’t say the whole name. She gives attitude. She has no respect towards people with disabilities. She tried hanging up on me and said that she already answered my question and didn’t want to answer anymore if they pretained to that similar question. Accused me of asking the same question three times when I wasn’t. I was asking questions about something else and was saying she needed to go and didn’t have to time to respond to my same question over and over again. Completely disrespectful! Just recently called and they said that it was okay for me to be on the phone for over 50 minutes waiting to ask questions and that they will try to get someone to get a hold of me tomorrow because they close now.... such a great service and that they also made it available online for people to see that they find this behaviour acceptable and by posting it on their website that justifies that they can treat people in this manner. All because they are understaffed. Hire more people... this is disgusting! Should be helping people with issues on discrimination, meanwhile this is discriminatory behaviour! Hypocrites! Update: said they would call me by 10 am this morning, haven’t received a call from them at all!

I have a feeling that because i said i could not wear a mask that she had already made her decision about me. Zero professionalism.

HRTO you should be ashamed of yourselves! Stay away from this court, complete waste of time and taxpayers money and a disgrace to the entire justice system and you can't even appeal from this court!!!!!! Save your time, money and effort and just "SUE in civil court instead" and DO NOT waste your time filing a case with the HRTO! The Adjudicators discriminate themselves and defy the Rules!!!
