I waited in a relatively long line, was let in approximately 10 minutes before closing time and was out of there 10minutes later with everything I needed. Every single individual working there has a pleasant demeanor, communicates clearly and works efficiently. Thank you!
M	Malik Muhammad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service garbage people treated like slaves don’t have sitting arrangements for the public I have seen token or numbers system for the customers even in developing countries but this place in “Canada” people standing 2-4 hours and inside office people working so slow and lazy they treat public like animals sorry and disappointed to see that. Must took people inside the office and least finish with those who wait for 2-3 hours but they just say sorry to them @ 4pm. Inside office working people should be given a time frame to finish their jobs or fired. Please provide better place and staff for service Canada so it doesn’t look like “service Eithopia”.
T	Toronto Canada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinarily poor service. 4 people ahead of me and the manager continues to come out and broadcast that “you will be here a very long time” ?? Then wanders to the breakfast kiosk to chat?? Why isn’t he processing paperwork and helping to move the line along. A manager not focused on work flow and productivity? Instead, bragging that you will be here for a VERY LONG TIME??
S	Shagun Gupta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada.ca says this place opens at 8:30, google maps says 9am but the mall entrance says 10am. I reached at 8:25 thinking it’ll open at 8:30 but that didn’t happen. Then, I thought it might open at 9 so I waited another half an hr in cold and wind the gates still did not open. Now, its 9:45am and am still waiting and so are many others present here. This is the worst. Information needs to be updated and accurate!

The staff and guard were super nice, patient and professional and I got my SIN within 10 mins. Come to this location if you want to get your things straight, avoid the College one, they didn't let people wait inside the building even with the worst climate!
B	Bruce Wayne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So slow. This location has more security guards than actual workers. They have more desks and computers than people. Employees also act like douche bags as they probably hate their jobs. Security guards are nice though always offering assurance.
M	Minerva A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guard is nice and accommodating, I saw him being a chair for an elder woman who was standing in the lineup for too long. The people at the front desk are a bit serious but they’re helpful so that’s good. If you need service from this office you may need to make an appointment but they attend people who don’t have one as well, it just takes a bit longer. They have a lineup and they have maybe just 3 - 4 people working, so it’s a wait no less than 1 hour. Be ready with all your documents. Overall, it was a efficient and helpful visit.

First time I arrived at 11 AM but they told me that I won't make it at that day and need to come tomorrow early morning. However they're opening at 9 AM but the next day I tried to be I was there at 8 AM to be first one, but I was number 22nd in the waiting line. When they opened the doors at 9, more than 70-80 people were in the line. It took 3 hours to do my job because only 4 out of 9 counters were active means less than 50% of employees were working!
