Two hours wait in the line for passport application , (got there at 6:40 a.m) Very polite and friendly security man, Officer Steve was so efficient and the actual process time was about 10 mins. Thank you!

Make sure you go early, 7 am or so for a short waiting time. Or book appointment online. I reached there around 8 and waited for 3 hours to apply for passport. Service was excellent :)

Four and a half hours wait in the line for passport renewal, got there at 8.00 a.m. to a line of about 60 persons.. but Steve was very efficient and the actual process time was about 10 to 15 mins. Please note all my forms were filled out correctly and no changes were required.

Excellent customer service at this location. Wait time is minimal, no long line ups. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Specially the representative I dealt with ‘Vandana Miglani’ was incredibly personable, super helpful, polite and professional. I was pleasantly surprised and wish all my experience with Service Canada were this pleasant!

I chose this location for passport renewal (no parking fee and better Google reviews) I couldn’t book an appointment online and travelling in July (so I was really hoping they wouldn’t turn me away for not having an appointment and not travelling within 25 days after waiting in line all day). Got there at 7:00 so I can be one of the first in line because it says they open at 8:30. Brought my stool, battery pack, water, snack and audio book thinking it was an all day event. Didn’t bring a mask…you need a mask to get into the office. A nice lady in front of me had a ziplock full and gave me one. You will be asked by a very sweet old gentleman if you have Covid symptoms and he will help usher you into the right line. Passports on the right against the wall. 30 mins after arriving I realized they opened their door! It was only 7:30! We were told that due to the overwhelming number of people each day they open early as a courtesy. I was the second person in for passports. Lia I believe her name was, was quick friendly the opposite of what I imagined the person across from me would be. I lost sleep last night thinking I would wait 8 hours, be turned away only with an appointment day to return. I thought I was going to have to deal with difficult agents on a power trip (been reading too many negative google reviews for different service centres). What I’ve learned from Lia is that they deal with stressed out people day in and day out. They get yelled at for things outside of their control. If we come prepared and try to have a positive attitude, more than likely we’ll have a more positive experience I believe. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best. I woke up at 6:00 am and made arrangements for my husband to drop off the kids at school and possibly pick them up if I’m still in line. I got there at 7:00 and was done by 8:00! I got home just in time to have my morning coffee and drop the kids off at school!

Applied for SIN at this centre. We reached this centre by 7:45 am(45 mins before opening) and there were already around 25 people ahead in the queue. You need to wait in the queue outside the centre for the entire time. It took almost 2 hours to get the work done. The staff who helped in getting the SIN was polite. They definitely need better queue management (token system once you reach, more online appointments, etc.)

I was told someone would call me within two business days. I did not have high hopes however they returned my call in 3 days. Because I am not in a hurry to travel anytime soon I decided to schedule an appointment rather than wait in line. The earliest they gave me was approximately 5 weeks. On the day of my appointment I stood by the door and once someone came out I told them that I had an appointment at such a time they took me in right away. The process was easy and professional. I received a printout receipt and was given a date in which they estimate the post date. I haven't any complaints with this location

Visited this location on a Thursday morning, line up wasnt as bad as expected based on all locations being super busy, i did a walkin, they open at 8.30 am as per the website but they opened slightly early coz of the crowd. Stood in line at 7.30am, 12 people ahead of me in the line, the security and staff is very nice and helpful. Multiple counters open inside, quick service as long as you have all documents in place. Was out of the office by 9.40am.
