β β β β β Everything here was great. Well organized, polite, efficient and helpful. We had two different things to accomplish at two separate windows. Booked an appointment online the night before and were in and out in 40 minutes :).

β β β β β Really worst experience here. I came here three times to get my Ohip.The first time the lady told me they don't accept job offer but rather an employment letter, and she told me everything else were good. Next time I brought my employment letter. Then she told me this one had to be signed by someone and questioned that I could fake the employment letter. Then she started to question my identity at Canada. She noticed I started the work at the beginning of the year but received my work permit at May. I literally explained two times to her as long as you submitted the application, you are good for the work. She said you need to bring payroll to prove it. I was really speechless...For the Chinese old women at #15, if you don't understand the immigration policy, could you just shut up and do your work?

β β β β β Like another location I went to, this place is super disorganized and inefficient.
Set a 2PM appointment that said itβd take 15 mins. Ha! All that means is you get checked in at 2PM just to be put right in the queue with everyone elseβ¦ appointment it not.
Oh, but last time ServiceOntario screwed up, acknowledged it, and gave me a handwritten βpassβ to skip the line. When I actually showed the pass to reception, they had no idea what it was. Back in the long queue for me.
Truly this place is a miserable experience. If I could give negative stars I would. Much worse than DMVs in the USA⦠and that is saying something!

β β β β β Very polite, kind and professional staff! They also make they work really fast and the wait time is barely 10mins. Very clean and hygiene environment but I would request them to put a board in the main entrance:)

β β β β β Absolutely one of the worst service Ontario locations. I donβt understand why some people think itβs their job to not do their job. Really the whole point of service Ontario is not to not get things done and to be unnecessarily difficult. Iβm all for people from other countries becoming Canadian but really if they donβt take the time to learn the etiquette of this country maybe they shouldnβt be given positions of authority at government service locations. Any other location where the workers are competent and normal I donβt have a problem but this location is so backwards they should call it service India! If people want to come for their permanent residency card perfect. But if you were born here Iβd recommend another location. They are very insistent that you need a PR card as identification!

β β β β β The service Canada is on the 4th floor. It is easily accessible and there is a paid parking. The reception and security guards are polite and if you have reservation it would not take more than 10 minutes to reach your number.
But watch out for No. 17 and her constant eye rolling and attitude. I have never seen such a behaviour in my life. She did not ask for a specific document and assumed I donβt have it with me. When I said what do you require, in a shocking & rude manner she gave me a piece of paper and replied GOODBYE. I asked to speak to a supervisor, reluctantly she called for a supervisor and all of a sudden changed her tone and played the victim role. I was shocked to be treated like this specially in a government office. The supervisor was just trying to back her colleague and made no efforts to fix the issue, to my surprise the supervisor made things even worse. As a last resort, I asked to talk to the senior manager and finally someone listened to my points and tried to calm things off. If you have to visit this location pray for good luck as some staff will take their personal life issues on you.

β β β β β The worst experience since I came to Canada. The lady at counter #17 has completely ruined my day. Extremely rude, dismissive and inpatient. She was like pretending the applicants should know everything and not tolerate any single mistake you made. As I explained the reason I came here she just suddenly interrupted me and said "ANSWER MY QUESTION." Excuse me? How can I understand your fast and vague tone as if you are interrogating a prisoner?? I don't come here often therefore I was a bit clumsy, yet that didn't mean you have to roll the eyes and shout at me everytime I tried to understanding what you're saying. When I made mistake on filling the form she kept saying "What are you doing? What's this?" Is this how people get served at government agencies? If you don't want your job, just get rid of it. Definitely won't come to this place again.

β β β β β I was really anxious about my appointment (due to another location and the previous reviews for this one) so my partner and I were extra careful in checking over our documents before arriving for our appointments. The whole process was quick, smooth, and very pleasant. All the workers that we had contact with were very helpful and polite. My partner made some mistakes on the application form but the clerk was very patient. The whole appointment was stress-free. Thank you!
