I would not call that in Business but he carried himself with such high integrity and utmost understanding of the core principles of negotiating a great line of credit/ mortgage. The service was very hands on every step of the way and I would not hesitate to recommend Samuel no matter what company he works for . Samuel has a special touch when talking to new clients and my wife and I really appreciate what he has done for us . Since we both retired way before turning 60, 2 years ago now, not too many banks will finance an investment without regular Income even if your credit score is over 845 which is considered to be Excellent. The Big 5 Banks needs to see a T4 or a 9 to 5 job so that they can approve a mortgage. Well that's their loss and your gain Sam. I have been a credit manager for the last 20 years of my career.
