โ โ โ โ โ They will rip you off , their lawyer will charge around 2,000 when funding and when discharging a 2nd mortgage under 80k, plus every year you have to 3% 4% renewal fees which will be added to principal,

The entire process was very efficient, from the initial consultation call, closing strategy, mortgage application, and securing the lending. Our closing had a short window so I thank Toros for his efficiency, professionalism, and work ethic. It was my first time working with Tribecca and I'm glad it turned out to be a good experience. From the list of potential lenders we considered, they were able to offer relatively reasonable rates and conditions. A nice bonus was there is no broker fee since you'll be dealing directly with the lender! For anyone looking to secure alternative lending solutions, I have no problem suggesting them to consider as an option. Wishing the best to all the home buyers!
