★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking to renew our mortgage and reached out to Paul to see what kind of rate he can find for us. On the call we soon realized that given our specific case our other offers were same or better than what Paul could offer. And he was honest about it and did not try to push. What's more, we then spent close to 30 minutes on the phone, he explained all the nitty gritty details about types of mortgages, collateral vs standard, prepayment options, discharging, legal fees and everything related to that. It was so nice of him! He simply went above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience communicating with Paul and his team. I first reached out to him 5 years ago with our first home purchase. We had many questions at the time as it was our first time searching for a mortgage. Thankfully, Paul was very patient and answered all of our concerns in a very timely manner and although we ended up going with a big bank, we would keep Paul in mind because of that pleasant experience.
When it came time for our mortgage renewal recently, we reached out to Paul again and he was able to help us get a great rate while answering more questions we had. After receiving a commitment from the lender, Luisa, who was also very friendly, helpful and patient as well, was able help us through the rest of the process. Overall, we were very satisfied with the level of service we received and would easily recommend Paul and Luisa to any of my friends or family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I are really happy that we were referred to Paul. Paul and him team have been so helpful and genuine throughout this process. We were initially referred to Paul almost 2 years ago when we upgraded our home. Unfortunately, after doing the math and going through all the difference scenarios, Paul and his team told us candidly that it did not make financial sense to break our existing mortgage in the circumstances given the high penalty - they recommended that we port our existing mortgage. Instead they gave us negotiating tips on how to get the best rate for the increased mortgage amount with our mortgage provider despite not being able to secure our business. We were very thankful that Paul and his team did what was best for our family at that time. Of course, when it came time to renew in 2022, we returned to Paul and his team did not disappoint. This time they were able to find us a unbeatable variable rate (we know because we looked).
We would recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage. Don't bother wasting your time with others!

Paul and his team go above and beyond for their clients and work ahead to meet time sensitive deadlines. My experience was by far the best given the situation and only having 3 months for buying and selling they really made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole transition process and got me the best rates.
