It was great when I heard about this program, and even more wonderful when I learned more useful knowledge about the healthcare industry to confidently care for customers and for myself. During the process of studying and practicing, I have easier to understand and have more useful experience for the job in the future. My teacher was great when she enthusiastically answered all of our questions and was always curious to find ways to communicate in a way that is most engaging and easy to understand. I really thank my friend for recommending this wonderful program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay education but terrible customer service, never reply or follow up with emails, extremely messy, you’re emailing a person X and 3 weeks later person Y responds… you literally have to be on top of everything ALL THE TIME for them to respond or take action.

I always received quick response to all my emails. Very professional environment. I would recommend everyone to join IBT for their next course.
