★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my little girl here a few months ago when her lymphoma came back for the third time. Everyone at this clinic was so understanding, compassionate, and efficient. They were very patient with my constant calls and inquiries, they gave speedy responses (usually on the same day) that allowed us to get the help my girl needed as soon as possible which I really appreciate as lymphoma is a very time sensitive illness. They provided us with a level of support that goes above and beyond what our oncologist and holistic could provide. They were the only place I felt like I could truly rely on during this challenging time.
I also want to take this chance to especially thank Dr. Jackie McDowell for always making time to see us and thinking from our perspective, Holly for fitting us in for our initial appointment and always being being so warm, patient, and kind with us, and Dr. Alex Boo for jumping in and writing us a referral at a time of need. I am truly grateful and highly recommend this practice to all other fur parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time bringing my kitty to the vet and I was nervous about the experience. The entire team here was so kind and patient! Dr Boo was lovely and so good with the cat who was having an absolute panic attack about being there. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Boo made time to euthanize my beloved fancy rat "Queenie" after she suffered a traumatic brain injury. He and the staff were attentive, loving and empathetic. I am forever in his debt. Bless you Dr. Boo and thank you from my heart. Your instinct in your choice of euthanasia technique was incredibly empathetic. ~ Diana DiNatale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsive reception when called with friendly and helpful service. They all care for the animals so much. Our vet was great and communicative. Both our dogs go here and they even have a vet who will care for snakes (at the time of this posting). I enquired about this as I'm planning to get a pet snake soon as well.

During my last appointment someone came in with a pet in critical condition (who unfortunate passed) and the team was warm, at least from an outsider perspective, did everything right
