He was easy to talk to, took time to discuss his new practice and clearly loves what he’s doing. The reception area and exam rooms are spotless. I like the fact that there is an on-site lab and emergency treatment available. I am very happy to have discovered the practice, and will be recommending him to my friends and neighbours. The vets were incredibly knowledgeable and treated my dog with great care so that she did not bark during the procedure. Overall, all of their staff are friendly and always concerned about the patients. Highly recommend it if you are looking for an animal hospital for a physical checkup of your pet.

It's impossible to even get a groomer or mobile appointment these days in covid without a very long wait. We were able to get in on short notice on the weekend thankfully as I've been stressing about getting her nails trimmed. Boo isn't a good car dog and she gets a little anxious about vet visits, but the staff were amazing. Super kind, understanding, and very flexible. Dr. Sran gave her a professional once-over to make sure she was doing well in general beforehand, and I feel very thankful we found this lovely vet office. I'm sure this business will grow exponentially in a short time. And we need more great vets in Vancouver. I know there are people who have not been able to find a proper vet since getting their new pet because of the shortage and explosion in pets during covid. You're in very good hands here.
R	Rebecca Burns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgeable staff (techs and reception included). Our cat was having some issues and we took her in next day. They took the time to hear our concerns and asked a lot of questions. We have been to vets before that don't even seem to like cats, but it was very different here! Our last vet gave us sedatives to give to our cat (for the next visit) because she growled or took a swipe at the vet, they wouldn't even hold her. ? Dr. Sran at Trout Lake actually tried to befriend our cat and called her "chill"! So clearly the difference was the staff and their attitude. They were able to do an on the spot urinalysis because the lab is in house. We found that they were not pushy at all when recommending products/services. The vet was honest with us in letting us know that the issue was most likely a behavioural one with a simple fix, not something that would require extensive visits and testing. The clinic has a spread out waiting area and two separate exam rooms. I liked that both myself and my partner were allowed to come inside with our cat instead of just one or zero people in the exam room. 10/10 we will definitely go back again for annual checkups and emergencies.

So I started searching for a new practice. Dr Sran has a super gentle approach, super clean clinic , and amazing staff. They are also quick to accommodate my schedule for any appointments be needed. I highly recommend trout lake animal hospital for all your veterinarian needs.

I trust him with my ‘kids’ We are so lucky he has opened a new Animal Hospital in our area. The gals assisting him are very nice and professional .
