G	Gilly Bean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buying process was good but the delivery was horrible for me. I ended up purchasing a couch from here for $1120. Couch is comfortable. Doesn't feel cheap. Came with extra decorative pillows. Was delivered intact and no damages. I found the prices reasonable and the sales people really friendly. They weren't hounding me or pushy compared to other furniture stores. The sales guy Mark assured me the delivery guys were really good. They'll troubleshoot maneuvering the couch into the home, unwrap it, make sure the sofa bed works, and take away the cardboard and plastic. Delivery was $90 COD. When the delivery guys came, they said they'd be here between 2-4pm and didn't show up till after 4. They literally dumped the couch in the middle of my living room. They tried to leave and I asked them if they were going to unwrap it only to be told "we don't touch the furniture". I was extremely upset. I was led to believe I paid for a service that I didn't get. I called and messaged on facebook the store only to get an apology saying that's a misunderstanding and that costs extra. Except the delivery guys told me they don't even do that. To me that's very misleading and false advertising about the delivery service and the fee that you're paying for. Additionally, all sales are final and there is no refund or exchange. Get what they say in writing. I was not prepared to manage this couch by myself and I was upset with the overall purchase in the end.

D	Derek Brigham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the onset, the sales associate led with the fact that they do not work off commision and made a point to highlight their competitive prices and "commercial graded" furniture. It all felt like a sales pitch in the end. We appreciated the logical approach to their introduction but became intimidated when furniture jargon was being thrown our way. We were trying to keep up. Outdated characteristics like "rub factor" were highlighted, when in fact, we learned that this is not as important when it came to synthetic materials like polyester (the couch material we were interested in buying). The female helping us made a quip that other big name stores down the street wouldn't know what this meant... they did. Be mindful that if this store is the manufacturer of the piece of furniture you are interested in, and the store closes down, your warranty is essentially void. The lower prices come at a cost so please shop around and do your research. Take notes and confirm that what the sales associate is saying is actually factual.

Delivery workers were kind and efficient, very professional and easy going buiessess overall. So happy to have come across them!

After the purchase they worked out delivery to Squamish, and the delivery people were amazing. The sofa wasn’t able to fit up the stairs or elevator so they worked out a plan to get it through the second floor balcony and into our living room. We were very impressed with their determination and so relieved to have our new sofa! 10 gold stars ⭐️

A	Alex Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Product and Customer service. We purchase the Sofa and Love seat. Very fast deliver, and contact with us before arrived. After we received the product, one of the seat not able to recline back to it's straight up position. We called the warehouse right away. The lady who answered the call did a great job to ask to provide additional information and ask me to take some pictures for her to investigate. After the diagnostic the issue, found out the electronic switch having issue. They send out the technician next day to fix the problem. The technician able to target the problem, and replace the switch in timely manner. Excellent Customer server and repair.
E	Ember N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good furnitures, similar to other places BUT not setup like interior decorators would. they are basically a warehouse. so it will be good to find what you are looking for in the fastest possible way. all the tables and chairs for dining are together. couches and armchairs are on one side, and etc. also the tight space is good to sit on everything else really quickly fast to know the difference from each other. bad thing about it is that they don't check for quality so some of them are broken in some areas that are not seen. please inspect what you buy before final purchase.
