I went on my bicycle, When I arrived I realized that I didn't have a chain to lock up mi bicycle. There was a old lady of short stature on the entrance, accommodating the grocery cars. I asked her if I could leave my bike inside just for a moment. She behaved very Rudely and she said no, she told me... .- leave it outside, no one will take it. I didn't feel safe leaving mi bike there without a chain, so I leave, and I couldn't buy nothing. I thought she did it because I'm Latin, and my accent is not the best, I felt that, because se looked me so weird all the time. I just wanted to say what happened this morning, have a good day guys.

If you like tools, gadgets, mechanical equipment, small motors, hydraulics, etc., you can easily waste half an hour here even though it's really not large. Every aisle is filled to their max with things. There are often good sales and the regular prices aren't bad usually. Some of the stuff can be low grade gimmick type junk that you'd see shopping online, but there's also some very good quality tools and equipment here too.

If you are into tools or DIY or making stuff or you are a mechanic it is definitely a place you should check out! (Edit) today a staff member named Jacob was super friendly and helpful. He answered many questions expertly and even looked some stuff up on the Internet because we couldn't figure out details on a particular product I wanted to buy. He went above and beyond!

The pricing is amazing, great warrantee and return policy, digital receipts and quality products. The staff there are amazing and very helpful considering how busy this store is, Breanne who helped me on so many visits always makes the shopping experience an amazing one. Would recommend to anyone.

Great prices and wonderful sales. I honestly get excited about going to the store near me, in Coquitlam. Try it out and I hope you will find what you want or what you need. We usually buy jacks, compressors, tools & tackles from princess auto who is always preferable for us. Today I visited Coquitlam shop to show problem with newly bought compressor, they checked & found issue in automatic pressure relief valve so decided to exchange entire new compressor. Thanks guys for your awesome services.
