Tight crowded parking lot with weird angles, so be careful, as many people are not that great a drivers. Didn't buy anything as some areas were very unorganized. It's a good sized location, but I don't visit it much anymore.

Another Value Village down the drain… prices are just to high at these value villages now, I’m not sure who is pricing this stuff…. I heard that the managers get a percentage of the sales and push the employees doing pricing to increase the prices of everything they put on the shelves so they can line their own pockets. I have decided to never donate my stuff at value village anymore to stop people from getting price gouged for the free stuff I gave away in good faith.

As in most Value Villages you will need to come here every once in a while to find treasures. This is not a bad way to go when needing anything that might cost a lot and you don't mind having second hand. Decor and books are a good choice.

Terrible Service and Super rude; the store manager (older lady) was rude to me, and shortly after very rude to my kids. Don’t go to this store. I’ve shopped at value village for 25 years (spent a lot of money and donated quality goods) and after today’s experience with the store manager (2x in one visit), I’m done with value village. On top of this store being trash…. side note: VV only donates 17% in Canada to charities (and would get half of that back in tax rebates) and is a corporation that gets their product dropped off at their door and they treat the same people shopping like dirt. This company should be sued for the fraud it is, trying to pawn themselves with the charity-vibe. It’s For-Profit. They have the worst return policy on earth too. And their staff tell you can take clothes home to try on and return for a store credit and today I was told no, only an exchange within 14 days. The store has 99% trash and only rarely do you find anything worth buying, so I’ve wasted my money. Avoid this store, go to a real thrift store with real people. By the way - this is my first negative review on google too. Just so mad at this disgrace of a store and horrible management.

Been shopping here for years have with the savers club. Recently they switched it to “flex points” which is a brutal slap in the face for us long term shoppers. With savers club, it was every $100 you spend you get 20% off which is %20 back if your a regular shopper which I am. With”flex points” you get 1.00 that’s right 1% back for every $100 which even me with “suade status” there’s no increased incentive even though I spent over $1000 in the last 5 months. Also they changed the return policy so virtually the entire store is final sale. Which is funny with the amount of over priced broken/missing parts garbage throughout the store. My “free gift” for reaching “suade status” (spending $500 or more.) is pictured below.

Pricing is beyond greedy! Donated items being re-sold for more than retail prices. Please do not support these greedy shysters until they return to pricing items at realistic "thrift store" prices.

One of the best VV locations .... Always Interesting things to see and buy , prices sometimes little high but whatever ..Its tidy, Clean , the manager's are very nice and helpful ..... Best time to browse these places are mornings , it tends to gets super crowded and hectic in the afternoons ? ..... Reopening the dressing rooms should be discussed ..Its horrible when you see tons people dressing and undressing in isles , it gets crowded, very unprivate ?
