Be prepared to have to walk her through how to do her job, and chasing them down for referrals to be completed or sent properly. I called to ask which doctor we saw and she was "too busy to check" and told me to call another time. I'm now having to go through RVH and another doctor to sort out the mess she made. Such a joke. She clearly doesn't understand she is responsible for people's healthcare treatment. Unacceptable.

She told me to let her finish the list of covid questions (verbal) before I answered. I wish I could give 0 stars. This isn't a place to treat people medically. They care about your number to charge a bill.

Please don't overwhelme the patient coordinator with a phone call although Lee-ann is amazing with picking up each phone call along with helping each walk in get settled in. When you walk in you must have a mask and sign in on the clipboard first come first serve. I noticed she moved the line very fast the wait is aprox 40m-1 hour or so. I usually don't leave reviews on clinics but she deserves this review. Most dr office have a miserable vibe. She's extremely friendly with laughter and smile and very effective with her job. Give this lady a raise or bring her something from the bakery next door which is also a cool place to check out! By the way i was reading the 1star review about the receptionist, this is just my personal 5star review as im not lee-anns friend writting it i am just a walk in waiting my turn watching her at work. You can even come here stand for few minute and see shes actually friendly and greeting every client.

But everytime I call and check in on my referrals (which after 2 months STILL haven't been sent) I am told she is too busy and to call back. I've been told not to call at the end of the day, not to call in the morning, and to come in to ensure its sent off. She just told me on the phone she isn't to be on the phone due to doctor instruction. She's a receptionist.... that is literally half her job. This is very frustrating. It shouldn't be my job to ensure things are sent and that the receptionist is doing her job. Once my referral is here, I won't be going back. It is a very frustrating process to deal with. They're extremely disorganized. I suggest going to another clinic.

She was acting like she was a doctor, not a receptionist. She has no place working here if she keeps acting like this. All the 5 star reviews lately mention how great the receptionist is, which seems like she got her friends to post the reviews as it's a bit suspicious how there is suddenly quite a few at the same time for a few weeks. I tried to find where to put an official complaint about her but found no area where I could so I am posting here.

Dr on site that day was able to quickly assess my issue and had my prescription filled on site. Literally out the door within an hour! With everything that’s going on it was a pleasure to visit this clinic that is so efficiently run. Thank you all for your dedication during these Covid times.

Was super kind and very helpful, She really had her hands full at the time and still was able to make me feel comfortable, answering all my questions too! I even had to leave and return with different paperwork and still was in and out in a flash! Effortless and super easy. And everyone was super friendly! Thanks

The receptionist was very kind, helpful and thorough. The doctors we've seen there on a few different occasions were very thorough and caring. Also, they have a great, caring pharmacy staff right on site. I recommend this clinic and pharmacy over any in Barrie ??
