You need to get to the front desk by 10:30am, some days even earlier than that or you will be turned back.
Summer 2021, we get there by 10am joined the line on hot sun outside. From many groups were behind us. One particular group with 3 kids on hot sun and kids were crying from discomfort I believe because even I (adult) couldn't stand there for long my kind hubby stayed in line for most of the time with our toddler running around(it was a really hot summer day). About an hour of suffering clerk came out and those groups from behind us were turned away. I felt really bad for those kids and they weren't driving so all kids walked back ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Shannon Reid is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. I was inquiring about a possible medical exemption for the COVID 19 vaccine and her response was " either get the vaccine or get COVID." I will for sure be transferring doctors and ensure to never recommend her to anyone. I have never been so disgusted in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is well known that it is very difficult to obtain good service and medical attention in Canada, even more in times of pandemic things become too difficult, however there is this clinic who through an exceptional, attentive, friendly person always looking to help called Crystal We have been able to achieve extraordinary attention, her help and support has been very valuable to be cared for by Doctor Bedi who is very friendly and professional. We will always appreciate and recommend this clinic thanks to these wonderful people who have always helped us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend you find another place to have a family doctor, the doctor Bedi doesn't care about your your family, doesn't asking what's your symptoms. The desk always says something different every time you call , always a new suprise .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely love this office! The team is compassionate, always greets you with a smile and most importantly it's never a long wait. Dr. Reid our family doctor is absolutely amazing! After switching from our previous doctor of over 20yrs in Brampton I was worried. However Dr. Reid has quickly filled those shoes and surpassed him in a very short period of time. She's thorough, we never feel rushed, answers all our questions, is clear and explains everything in detail. I'm so relieved to have found a doctor who genuinely cares and meets all of our needs.
