I purchased a new build, 5 years old, and although it looked perfect on the outside, behind the walls there were some issues, issues that IF NOT looked after right away could cause health and house damage down the line. Dale caught EVERYTHING, and we were able to adjust the price to cover the issues that needed to be done. He was extremely thorough, cost effective, and amazing at explaining things to someone who knows very little about home inspection details. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, reliable and extremely thorough. While looking at a home inspection report can be confusing and daunting, going through the house alongside Dale was a completely different experience. He walked us through everything, good and bad, and explained everything simply. He was patient with all of our questions and very helpful. He managed our expectations with his estimated costs to fix certain things and was happy to explain things in a way that made sense to us which was very important as first time home buyers.
