★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a option for 0 starz i would, i spoke to this imbusel on the phone who lied to me today around 145pm and told me the doctor would call me in half an hour. 330 came by and i did not recieve a call so i drove there instead and the lady said i probably got redirected to another location cuz there line was busy as she was totally unaware i had been registered and waiting, she looked clueless. So i waited there to be seen last by a rushed doctor with a very rude attitude who didnt properly analyze me for stomach cramps and told me to just take pepto bizmol and went against all my healthy judgements. If i wanted to find a cure myself i would have just went to shoppers and read the label and bought it. Also the secreterys were running around eating chips and touching things. Very unsanitary. Looks like they borrowed some people for the day from value village to work here.
Very dissapointed, never returning. And guess what, i finally got the call from the doctor at 6pm, to which i rejected. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good experience. Easy booking online, on-site lab, and the doctors have been thorough and friendly. I knocked off a star for wait times. Even with an appointment you can expect to wait over an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hussain is a wonderful doctor! I have had very positive experiences with this clinic in general. It is easy to get an appointment, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the doctor is very thorough/helpful. She is kind and listens well to my concerns. You can even get bloodwork done right there. Overall, I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at desk friendly. Doctor I saw Wednesday April 6th mistreated me. Went in with sore throat and pain swallowing for 4 days by then. I couldn't get into my Family Doctor so the secretary of my Family Doctor suggested this Walk In. Doctor hardly even looked in my throat. Wasn't listening to me. Stuck a tongue depressor on my tongue for literally half a second. See my pic attached to show what he missed. Ended up leaving with a Nose Spray prescription!! Next day called Tele-Health. Nurse ended up advising me to seek medical attention within 24 hours. Nurse gave me Virtual Doctor clinics. Called one. Helped me right away. Asked me to send pic of my throat...the one attached. Diagnosed with Bacterial infection. Very painful. Prescribed Azithromycin.
After all, not impressed with Dr. Y. from the Walk-in clinic at all. Let your patients SPEAK without interrupting them and LISTEN to them, and really LOOK at the area of concern

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 6-year-old this morning for the first time to check out an ear ache. The receptionist was kind and helpful and in a very cheerful mood (despite patients being rude to her) and the doctor was fantastic. I felt like she really took the time and cared about us. I highly recommend this place.
