★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! My experience was with the manager/owner of this pharmacy on the Main Street in Alliston. Dalia Ghobrial.
This is what happened:
My 6 year old daughter had a prescription for amoxicillin. I am the kind of person that tries to support to smaller players so I figured I would give them a shot. Unfortunately they made a mistake. Mistakes happen. In this case it was blatant negligence as multiple steps that are supposed to be taken when filling this type of prescription we’re not take.
When my wife caught the mistake (who is also a pharmacist) she called Dalia. Her answer was weak and unacceptable. Why did you not check with the doctor If you could read the prescription? Why did you not ask for my daughters weight to confirm the fill ?
My concern is how many kids and adults have been affected by the lack of process Windsor pharmacy has in place. Be Very careful with this group and triple check everything yourself. If you experiece an issue report the pharmacy to the college as we are. At this juncture I have zero confidence that Windsor Pharmacy has made any changes to their process to ensure this does not happen again. Prove me wrong Dalia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best pharmacy industry wide, personally I think all pharmacies and pharmacists should take a month long training course inside the store. These people handle their customers not only with care and compassion like they were treating their own mothers, fathers and children, but their accuracy is on point, I know we are humans and we make mistakes, but not at this store, not when it comes to your medicine and more importantly, your health. Like I said we are all humans and have human emotions, but this store and their staff exemplify only the greatest qualities of the human experience. Keep up the good work guys.
