V	Valerie AstroZombie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in yesterday (Oct 12, 2016) with my spouse. We've been sick for over 8 days. The physician was unfriendly and apparently of zero help. She told us we were fine and to stop taking Buckley's because it will go away on it's own (just a cold) We went to another walk in doctor today and we have bronchitis!!! How did this woman miss that and advise us to take nothing?!? Alliston doctors are the worst. This unfortunately isn't the first time I've gotten garbage treatment from one of your physicians...I'd rather drive an hour away to get a proper answer and a doctor who treats me like I'm a living breathing human being. Jack Nathan Health should revise how they get their physicians. Please stop using hospital doctors who are always on call. Shutting the only walk-in clinic in town down. The doctors at our hospital are unfeeling and rude. You need better customer service
C	Chris Salmonds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a medical examine for my driver license 4 months ago. Well the doctor didn't fill it out properly. The ministry sent me a letter saying it needs to be filled out properly. Now they are "temporarily closed" what I joke. I want my money back.
A	Ama Gallucci-molenda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is a joke!!!! Tried to see a dr. Twice in the span of a week. Website shows closes at 4 , not the case they close whenever they choose !!! First attempt i called at 2:45 and am told they stop taking patients at 3:30 . I get there just after 3pm and the receptionist tells me they have stopped accepting patients. I call today at 2:30 thinking thats an hour and half before closing time should be good ....nope sorry we are closed she tells me ....if you dont wanna abide by the times you post put the proper hours down. Stop wasting peoples time !!!! If i could give a zero i would!!!

The receptionist was great, asked all the questions I expected to be asked and then asked me to have a seat. I think we waited about 45 minutes to be seen, which I feel is pretty standard. We saw Dr Ozan (sp?). He was very nice and personable but what I liked the most was that he told me symptoms to watch out for, when I could expect them if they were to occur and how to feed my son if he refused to breastfeed. I will definitely return to this walk-in if required in the future.
S	Spencer Hardy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in September 22 and made an appointment for the 23rd at 11:00 AM Waited an hour and the 3 people that were ahead of me were still waiting as well. while i was waiting i had heard at least 2 other people had also been booked for 11:00 AM but also had to wait. Overbooking for the same times will ruin your business and drives potential and current customers away. If you cannot fit people in for their booked times then don't book people or just understand how time works its very easy to run a shop when you understand time management. Don't overbook its just that simple, honor the people that have made appointments over those who just walked in. if the doctor cannot keep up then book less people or just see less people throughout the day. Very disappointing will not be returning to this clinic in the future and will also recommend to friends and family to stay away from this location.
S	Samantha Stiebel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen a lot of negative reviews about this walk-in but I was desperate to get my daughter in somewhere after having a chronic cough with congestion for two full weeks. After about a 14 second check, I was sent home with a recommendation to use saline drops and a humidifer. After things not improving for another week, we saw her family doctor who said she should have never let us leave with nothing, that she needed to be on antibiotics and self-isolating for a viral infection. I'm so disappointed in this clinic. It wasn't even busy when I went - there's just no excuse to not give a more thorough check, especially with the length of time she had these symptoms. Will never be back and encourage others to seek alternate diagnoses if they do not feel right after being here.

I would of had to of paid and physician could just write a letter. As a Canadian to be denied medical service is outrageous. Negative 1 star if I could.
K	Kelli Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this location a higher rating, as the times when they’ve ACTUALLY been open the wait time was good and the doctors were always good. However, I’ve had 4 experiences now where their hours online and information on the phone recording did not reflect their actual availability. I live 30 mins away so I try to call in advance just to make sure, because I’ve been burned before by assuming their Google hours were accurate. Don’t turn on your daily phone service if you’re not even open and no one will be returning my calls. Why are you always temporarily closed??
