★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a doctor virtually. Doctor was taking the call sitting on his couch. Felt very unprofessional and felt very blown off. Not great if you have actual concerns. Fine if you just need to fill a prescription but in that case just stay home and call telehealth yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a virtual appointment for 2:20pm received a call at 1:58 to do an intake was told doctor would call me within a “few” minutes. It’s now 6:30 and still haven’t gotten a call. Ridiculous. I have waited around my phone expecting this call. Why offer an appointment if you’re not going to follow through? 4 hours waiting and still nothing is not acceptable.
**Edit*** I finally received a call at 9:13pm! Wasn’t able to answer due to work. Why make appointments when you’re not going to follow it. 7 hours later! Ridiculous. I have now received a new mesg saying I will get a call today ( March 6 at 8:10am) again it’s been a hour over that time and still nothing. Don’t waste your time since these doctors don’t value you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a quick visit in the clinic. No appointment needed. I recommend coming into the clinic than doing phone appointments. I realized this clinic doesn't handle those calls for phone visits. Overall great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an unexpected medical condition and didn’t want to sit at emergency dept for hours on end. The nurse was professional, pleasant and very proficient. Saw the medical doctor virtually about 15 minutes after arriving. Top notch clinic. Would definitely go back again!
