★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have struggled with many health problems. I've been to 7 specialists, neurologist, internalist, physio..etc. After he read my file, he has been beyond helpful. I do not use any mind altering medications, and he respects that. After seeing him for 4 apts, I have not felt this good in 4 years. I highly recommend. He has time to listen, and respects the patient and their values. I'm greatful. I'm very greatful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 3 stars, not because of doctor kabongo because he is awesome, it's because of his rude reception, insinuating that I was a liar, if my health card was valid in 2018 it would still be valid till 2020, I know when the expiration dates are, she doesnt seem to know. Till he gets better reception I wont be back, and there better not be any charges for this visit! I will be contacting the health authority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kabongo was great. Really listened and took his time and presented a few treatment options. Not arrogant or dismissive or hurried at all. Not very busy at all on a Thursday afternoon either. The shortest wait time I've ever had for a walk-in clinic. The front desk staff left something to be desired but that seems to be typical for medical clinics here. All in all, would definitely return for a drop-in. Also, don't be fooled by the new-agey look of the place. It's not really alternative medicine. Just has a focus on all-round wellness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic three times from last two weeks because of my husband sickness. Doctor kabongo is the best doctor in the Regina. He is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. But his receptionist is unexperienced. Have no sense how to talk. She is so rude, have such an attitude. Me and husband planned to make him family doctor. But the experience got from his receptionist from last two visits let us change our decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for back pain. He made me stand on 1 leg, and squat then reffered me to a physio clinic thats been closed since December with no idea when they will reopen that already has a 6 to 9 motnh wait when they do. Dont waste your time with this clinic. Useless is an understatement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is highly undereducated for her role to book you for an appointment for a NEW PATIENT. Dr. Kabongo rushes and doesn’t listen. Highly unprofessional. Told me to take photos with my iPhone of information and tests on his computer to review and self diagnose. I was to come back in a week and “let him know” what I diagnosed myself with to “follow up”…. I don’t understand how he is licensed. He got disciplined in 2015 by his college (published online) and it seems like he is up to his same tricks. I would stay away!
