They have lots of activities going on. In the summer they offer a free VBS for children. My son loved the camp, and stills talks about it almost a year later. He wants to go back.

It took me by surprise when a board member came to me and in confidence and asked me if I’d mind going on the website and writing a good review. This made me feel uncomfortable. I was curious. Came on the website and saw a bunch of reviews posted recently. I will never attend here again, I’ve found a loving home church in Orillia called Cornerstone. Hiway church in my opinion has a big turnover of pastors. The board members run this place and it seems they make terrible decisions and they have no business sense. The board is a problem. A big problem. I think this church is having problems. I’m nobody really and, they would come to me to ask if I’d write a good review out of desperation maybe. All this time they didn’t even know my name. Deplorable.

S	Sean Garrett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly awesome community, but they've been hobbled (throughout generations) by a weak and ineffectual model for formal membership. The younger crowd sees formal membership as irrelevant, so the result has been a demographic that only speaks for 20-25% of the church body. Who speaks for Christians in their 20s, 30s and 40s? (Just a disclaimer: I'm a 50-year-old Gen Xer and not an attendee at Hi-Way) The solution: abolish formal membership altogether. One saint, one vote.
D	David Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been attending hiway for 4 years now. Feel so loved and welcomed there. Patty and Jessica are always right there to greet you Sunday mornings. Feel blessed to be able to serve and be apart of hiway. I am happy to call hiway home.

All the fighting that goes on here is ridiculous! I’ll say this- I would not put my hand forth to cause a man to lose his job as some of these so called Christians are doing! The people have to go, NOT the pastor! This is appalling! THE PEOPLE HERE NEED AN EXORCISM!!!!
