★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refuses to pay their staff any extra for gas even though it has doubled over the last year. PSWs get no paid sick days, no raises and are overworked. All these comments are about lack of service. The reason no one is receiving PSWs is because of a company who will always put profit before care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company!!! They should be ashamed of the terrible care they give their clients!!! 96 year Olds should not sit in dirty diapers for 19 hours a day because they can't find someone to come!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Profit is definitely their priority over service. They have minimal staff so if a Psw is off no service will be provided. It has been 7 days since my father has had a psw here. He is supposed to have someone Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a shower and personal care. I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service!!! They say they pride themselves in caring for their patient's thats hard to believe when they frequently don't show up!!! Just Wednesday my elderly mom who is basically immobile and is to receive 3 visits a day was left without care for her afternoon visit and 2 days later, saturday night, they did not show for the evening visit. And not even the decency to call. Do you think they care???? these no shows are becoming more and more frequent.
