Has alot of different products then other places, also has massive fish rooms, tuns of sting rays, gorgeous Arrowannas, giant Axolotls lol I can't spell, and even live copepods/ bug larvea!! This place has tanks you've never seen before, super clean tanks, and every fish you look at looks super healthy!!... very friendly staff :) still a bit new and still expanding an already big fish room!! ❤????? Highly Recommended without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy some GloFish tetras. All of the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly! This was my first time in the store and I will certainly be back! They have an amazing selection of live fish and all of the accessories you can imagine! A great place to visit and the staff seemed happy to answer questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. My daughter's gecko met his end too soon for an unknown reason and I came in looking for a replacement. The girl who helped me took the time to try to figure out what went wrong with my old gecko, and then pulled out every single one she had to help me find a good replacement. Then she came running out of the store while I was getting into my car to give me an information package on crested geckos so I might figure out what happened.
Above and beyond customer service. Also, their selection of fish and reptiles is impressive.

Went there for my first time today and was amazed by the amount of selection and variety in both products and live stock. You can tell that the staff are very knowledgeable and caring for the animals. I can highly recommend this store for anyone in barrie or the surrounding area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We popped into the store on a whim with our two kids. Youngest daughter (11) has a ball python, and loves her to bits. We probably spent a good hour in the back reptile section just checking things out. One particular employee was so sweet and kind. Our daughter spent a lot of time chatting with her. Thank you for a fantastic experience. It's all she's spoken about since.
