★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has gone down hill since the new manager. The store, which has always been busy, is dirty, merchandise not put out properly and most of the staff are unhelpful. Two employees come to mind when I mention unhelpful, they treat the place as if it is a social gathering and have loud conversations not appropriate for work. Someone needs to step in and get this place back under control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well....I went to the dollarama in the Bayfield Mall..was very surprised it was closed. It remained open throughout the pandemics. Another location close to me...but will no longer go there...don't like the self-serve....and a cashier has to be found so I was off to the one in the Wellington Plaza ..always a great store. But today only one staff person on the floor and is the only cashier. With a lineup if about 10 customers waiting.
Needless to say....many unhappy customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally good staff however they let customers in without a mask as well as employees not wearing a mask during shift. A face shield is not an effective deterrent and it is disappointing to see nothing being done about it.
Please enforce the mask policy for both customers and staff.
Additional months later; Staff are still not wearing proper PPE alongside not maintaining social distancing. If they chose to ignore protocols that sucks but at least please keep them 6 feet away from customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here for certain odds and ends, like craft and garden supplies, my son's favorite isle is the toy section, but I always let him get a kinder egg when he's good, it's his thing, cuz he loves the little toys that come inside.
